Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for including removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on roof, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on green concrete surface finished even and smooth mixed with liquid WPC of make Dr. Fixit or STP as per manufacturer instruction or @ 0.200 ltr per 50 Kg of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3.00mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane. with physical property of membrane as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gm/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not lessthan 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

Supply & Fixing in repair Vitreous China squatting pan of orissa pattern, size 580x440mm white with CI 'P' or 'S' trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern (including fixing of flush pipe) including provision of cement concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete (sunken floors etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with and including water proofing compound to sunken floor portion with proper slope towards outside and finishing cement concrete or brick work surface even and smooth using extra cement including application of 90 micron polyethene film and applying bitumen coating @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity incl PVC connection inlet and outlet connections, brackets, PVC flush pipe with bend 32mm dia of suitable length including making connections to water supply pipe line and jointing to WC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of existing tanks exc 250 but n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing inposition complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of existing tanks exc 500 but n exc 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing inposition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks of capacity 500 ltrs three layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete including 20mm dia ball brass valve high pressure with polyethene float and dismantling of existing PVC tank of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Srl No 13, but of capacity 1000 Litrs

Supply & Fixing stop valve, concealed, cast copper alloy (ISI Marked) fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down high pressure with capstan head screwed both ends for iron pipe 15mm bore dia in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair Bib taps for 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated screwed for iron pipe or for brass complete all as specified and directed. Make Jaquar, Marc and Johnson or equivalent as approved .

Supply & Fixing in repairs stop valve/ angle valve cast copper alloy (ISI Marked) chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe 15mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old floor/wall tile any type including cement mortar bedding and removal of debris out of premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for non-skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) finished rough to recieve tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone wall any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finsihed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick (in two layers i.e. 10mm & 5mm) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) external layer shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing of liquid WPC complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia/ edging/ ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections, drainage etc and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and chajjas and making the surface smooth with sand paper over primed surface, priming the surface with alkali resistance primer paint for external surface, applying two coats of cement base paint including curing complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new/ old wall surface including making surface clean, dry and free from any loose paint film, dirt, chalk, grease, fungus and algae and applying two coats of acrylic, antifungal emulsion exterior weather proof paint on external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for three coats of white wash on surface of wall including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for three coats of white wash on surface of ceiling including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for two coats of distemper oil emulsion over primer coat after application of wall care putty of required thickness to obtain smooth & even surface including preparation of old wall surfaces complete all as specfied and directed.
