Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge .All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in de pth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cem ent concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Earth work in excavation for removing earth from the water body/lake upto a depth of 600 (approx) and dumping the excavated earth i n the centre of the lake for making islands and along the existing embankment in layers so as to increase the height and width of th e existing embankment, including rolling the band with 8 to 10 T vibro rollers under optimum moisture conditions including transport ing the excavated earth upto band and islands. The balance excavated earth to be dumped in the centre of the lake for making the isl ands etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Rolling the excavated bed of lake with 8 to 10 MT vibro roller under Optimum moisture conditions and then again rolling the same wit h 8 to 10 MT vibro roller after filing with clay layer, so as to create a impermeable surface at the bottom of water body etc comple te (Note: This item consists of 2 times rolling with 8 to 10 T Vibro rillers. One time before filling the clay and 2nd time after fi lling the clay)

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and simi lar works,including applying priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel .M.S. tube
