Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil for site leveling, foundation, pits, trenches and other civil works upto and including 1.5metre lift and stacking the soil upto a lead of 100 metre and including dewatering, removing slush, shoring and strutting (as required), complete as per specification and as directed by the Site-In-Charge.

Filling at all depth with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete (lead upto 100m) as directed by the Site-In-Charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floors with approved local sand including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Brick work with clay fly ash F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 superstructure above plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & fixing smooth centering and shuttering for roof slab of

Straitening cutting & binding of Steel reinforcement

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using specified quality of fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to the site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Site-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 40 mm (avg. thickness) cement concrete of required slope of mix 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate of 10 mm nominal size) mixed with approved water proof compound as per manufacturer's specification on top of slab including cement slurry, all complete, including the cost of water proofing admixture, which should be approved by the Engineer-In-Charge prior to material procurement by the contractor.

Providing fitting, fixing of Aluminum fully glazed Aluminum framed double leaf door including all cost of labour, T&P hire charges of drilling, machine labour charges etc. Complete as per direction of Site-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing of Aluminum Cladding ( A.C.P)

Providing and fixing with plotter cutting and application of 6MM / LUMAR / GARWARE make as per approved design on glass surfaces all complete as per instructions and patterns and design of the Architect Structural Glazing.

Providing and fixing 8mm to 10mm thick anti skid floor tles should be approved by EIC) for, vanity counters, facias and similar locations where ever required in horizontal/vertical surfaces of required size of approved shade, colour and texture, with moulding edge, making gas pipe hole etc. laid over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per direction of Site-In-Charge.

18mm cement plaster on external RCC/brick surfaces in two coats with under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) with all material and labour complete. Removal of damaged wall surface/plaster damaged due to seepage

Applying 2 coats of water proofing paint over a coat primer

Gypsum Board ceiling

Providing and laying weather and Ultravoilet Resistant, Water Repellent, Dust, Dirt and Stain Resistant, Fungus and Algae Resistant Ultra Perlato natural texture including one coat of Acrylic Primer and Wall sealer and one coat of protective top etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
