Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of "KIRLOSKAR GREEN" Kirloskar Genset Engine Model No. 3R1040 T G1, 42 HP @ 1500 RPM, 3cylinder,vertical, Liquid- cooled diesel oil Engine directly coupled with "KOELGREEN" Make AC alternator, 3-phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz, power factor @ 0.8, Self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM 20KW/25KVA DG Set, with acoustic enclosure (Sound proof) as per Central pollution control board approved (CPCB-II) approved DG Set etc. as required. Make:- Kirloskar or equivalent.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor based Automatic mains failure panel for 25 KVA capacity genset of suitable size with following technical specification.

1) Electricity board supply loading/Unloading in Off/Manual/Auto mode.

4) Interlocking loops with solid state logic circuit to avoid shorting of EB supply side and generator supply side.

5) Short circuit protection system for both EB side and generator side.

6) Over load Protection system for generator.

7) Single phase prevention system.

8) Phase sequence sensing system.

9) Time sensing system for all operation.

10) Digital monitoring system for voltage, amps and frequency.

11) Short circuit protection for DC Circuit.

12) SMPS type automatic battery charging system.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type-19, 50mm dia, length 2 mtrs (short time current -52.6 rms for 1 sec, peak-125.6) with back fill compound including providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes etc as required. Make :- RR Kabel or equivalent.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required
