Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 800 kVA 11/0.433kV Transformer (at notmal tap) with OLTC, Vector group Dyn-11, Copper Wound, Out door type, Frequency-50 Hz (+/- 5%), 3 phase, Type of cooling- ONAN, Core material CRGO and other criteria like, various indicators, % impedance, tap changer, cable end box, and other accessories shall be as per tender document and conforming to IS: 11171: 1985, CPWD Specification and latest ECBC code. NOTE : - Technical data sheet shall be got approved from Eng-in-charge before manufacturing.

Design, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of HT Panel with vacuum switchgear unit with Numerical relay each panel should have 11kV, 3 pole, 50Hz, 630 amps, metal clad, drawout type vaccum circuit breaker with single phase motor operated & also manual spring charging system with Power pack and MFM with RS 485 communication facilities for VCB unit as per specification, drawing , tender document and CPWD Specification. ( Location- SS#2 -01 No, and Incubation centre SS -01 No NOTE : - Technical data sheet shall be got approved from Eng-in-charge before manufacturing.

Supply of 11kV, 3 core, stranded 3 core 95 sq mm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated,A2XFY, PVC bedded, galvanized flat steel/strip armoured and overall XLPE sheathed screened cable conforming to IS:7098 part II with latest amendments.

Laying of one number following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Cable Upto 3Core 120 sq. mm.

Laying of one no,11kV, 3 core up to 120 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Providing and making indoor type end termination for 11kV 3 core aluminium conductor XLPE insulated cable with supply and using of Heat Shrinkable type end termination Kits, 11kV insulation tape, Terminal connection earthing, identification tags and making connection to Switchgears, Transformers, Bus bars etc inclusive all hardware as required for the following cables. 3 core 50 sq mm to 95 sq mm

L.T cable Supply of 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated, overall sheathed stranded aluminum conductor flat steel strip armoured cable conforming to IS: 7098 Part-1with latest amendments. 3.5 core 400sq mm

Laying of one no MV cable Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supply and laying of 100mm dia GI pipe Medium class through road after rilling/boring/ cutting the road 2.5 to 3 mts depth from road surface without damaging the upper portion of road and menking good the damaged areas including supply of pipe.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 Core X 400 sq. mm

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (For Transformer Neutral)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.(For Transformer Body -02Nos +Panel Body -02Nos +PCC panel Body 02No)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)
