Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISSHBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, Compacting and watering within 200m lead for good water etc., complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4x41/4x23/4 and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete (upto Basement)

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4x41/4x23/4 and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete (above Basement)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete (up to Basement)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of pairs putty, wherever required etc complete complying with standard specification

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for straightening, cutting to length, bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works

Providing granolithic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and Delivery of Door 1.20X2.1m
