REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN BUILDING IN DOMESTIC AREA AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN UDHAMPUR

Taking up or down steel tubing for 20mm dia pipe and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing for 25mm dia pipe and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipe (any size or any pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc (measured over all as fixed along the central line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning & removing all dirt and scale from tank and also from mouth of pipe, capacity of tanks exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500 ltr,completely as directed by Engineer-in charge,

Disconnecting existing tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning & removing all dirt and scale from tank and also from mouth of pipe capacity of tanks exc 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 ltr, completely as directed by Engineer-in charge,

Dismantling unserviceable water tanks and removing from site, tank capacity exc 250 ltrs n.exe 500 ltrs , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work (Except bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

PCC type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work i.e. MS Flat Iron ,Wind Tie, and similar work of any description not otherwise provided for,including Nuts,bolts etc,and keep in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only, Mild steel works in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) in-cluding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls ceiling, roof projection, Chajja's in cement mortar (1:4), including integral liquid WPC by wt of cement as per manufacturer instruction (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

500 litre capacity, double layered polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including hoisted and fixed in position, making connections, complete all as specified.

Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, suitable for 20 mm bore GI pipe, IN REPAIR, complete all as specified.

Taking down of exisiting unserviceable roof treatment material and PCC/CM padding etc any thickness from roof carefully by cutting, chiseling cleaning the surface by scraping, brooming, brushing etc removing the rubbish from site exc 500m but not exc 1.0 KM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 finished fair and even as on concrete roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.including integral liquid WPC by wt of cement as per manufacturer instruction (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for four course water proofing treatment with first course of bitumen primer @ 0.4Kg/Sqm) Confirming to ISI-3384), second course of blown bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (Confirming to IS-702) with third course APP modified membrane 3mm thick and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with Non Woven polyster mat (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) as centre core reinforcement, laid over with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap and sealed with LPG torch, overlaps sealed and finished neat. The fourth and final course with blown bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (Confirming to IS-702) Complete as per manufacturer's specificarions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25cmx25cmx20mm thick Cement Concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment , machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in terrace over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface and apply two coat of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade in camouflange pattern over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 20 mm bore with screwed and socketed joints, with all fittings such as tees, elbows, sockets, bends, unions, short pieces, plugs,nipples and diminishing pieces etc., fixed to walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per srl item no 24 above but except pipes.

Supply & fixing of Galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 25 mm bore with screwed and socketed joints, with all fittings such as tees, elbows, sockets, bends, unions, short pieces, plugs,nipples and diminishing pieces etc., fixed to walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per srl item no 26 above but except pipes

S&F in repairs 20 mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy,fancy type, chromium plated , screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed long shank and cup (concealed type) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

PVC pipes, 110 mm external dia, ISI marked (IS:13592) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with PVC clips or under floors as SWR pipes, complete all as specified.

PVC bend any radius, conforming to IS:14735, suitable for PVC soil waste discharge pipes 110 mm size, fixed in repairs complete all as specified.
