REMOVE AND REPLACEMENT OF CABLE TRAYS IN LaCONES

FIXING OF CABLE TRENCH FOR LAYING THE ARMOURED UNDERGOUDN CABLE AT LaCONES

Dismantling and removal of the existing 600 x 50 x 1.6 mm GI cable tray along with all supporting angles, fasteners, and accessories, as required due to heavy corrosion leading to failure and collapse into the trench.

Supplying and installation of 600 mm width x 50 mm depth x 2 mm thick perforated hot-dip galvanized (HDG) GI cable tray, with perforation not exceeding 17.5%, in suitable lengths, including all necessary connectors, couplers, hardware, and accessories, complete as required

Supply and installation of 40 x 40 x 5 mm hot-dip galvanized (HDG) GI angle for supporting existing cable trays, including double-side supports brackets, anchor fasteners, nuts bolts, and all associated hardware, complete in all respects as required at site

Removal of existing 16 Nos. cables of various sizes from the cable trench, including identificaiton, disconnection, and safe handling, complete as required.

Laying, dressing and fixing of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE insulated power cables of1.1 kV grade up to 35 sq.mm cross-section on new cable trays, including necessary clamps, ties, supports, and accessories, ensuring proper alignment and routing, complete in all respects as required at site

Laying, dressing, and fixing of 1 No. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE insulated power cable of 1.1 kV grade size above 35 sq.mm and up to 95 sq.mm on existing cable tray, including clamping with 25 x 3 mm MS flat, saddles nuts, bolts and all necessary accessories, complete in all respects as required at site including cable tray earthing
