RequiredFor all works costing Rs.20.0 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill.No running account bill shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance

RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class/suspension of business/removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue

OptionalThe contractor is declaration of genuineness of certificate uploaded by compulsory of current date

RequiredThe L1 Contractor who have quoted more than 25 percentage less, shall invariably pay the amount above 25% through online payment mode during payment of EMD, failing which their tender will not be considered.

OptionalL1 Bidder has to pay the corpus fund fee within 3 days in e-procurement for EMD refund of rest other bidders. If failed tender will be rejected or will not be eligible for next tenders too.
