Providing and laying high density plastic sheet on the roof and other areas for monsoon protection and over temporary plaforms during roof restoration works. Providing water proofing treatment to New terrace after cleaning the surface by giving „INJECTIONS‟ to the terrace slab wherever required with necessary water proofing compound and cement solution as per specifications so as to fill up all the inherent holes cavities, voids, honeycomb etc. making the whole structure consistent and homogeneous resistant to water leakage seepage, dampness and moisture etc. Brickbat waterproofing coba in 1:5 C.S. mortar as per specifications shall be laid over R.C.C.Slab with necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water. This treatment shall continue along the inner side of parapet of other adjoining wall upto height of about 30cm. In the shape of round vata. Finally the top surface shall be covered with joint less waterproofing plaster 1: 4 C.S. 12 mm to 15 mm in thickness as per specifications of specialized waterproofing Co. finished smooth with trowel in cement colour marked in 30 cm x 30 cm false squares. The average thickness of complete treatment shall be 100 mm. The surface shall be rendered hard and tough to withstand the weather, normal domestic use. The rate is inclusive of the cost of watering, tamping, curing and cleaning the top of all dust, loose materials, stains etc. complete as directed. Debris shall become contractor’s property. The border design to be broken up into 3-4 components in different colours upto a maximum of 4 colours and pattern inserts indicated by the architect as per drawing in cement mortar 1.5 to 3.5 cm cement : sand bed mortar of 36 grade cement of ratio not leaner than 1:4 with a neat cement slurry on top, of approved thickness. Joints should be as fine as possible and filled with matching cement mortar as directed by architects.

Cast Iron Soil Pipes With lugs including plug bend necessary fittings such as bends, tees, single junction, double junction, slotted vent, offsets on wall or into the ground including filling joints with cement mortar 1:2 proportion fixing on wall by means of galvanised Mild Steel bracket of 30 x 5 mm plate and 8 mm square rod with galvanised Iron clamp with washer as per design, drawing and as directed to keep pipe 50 mm away from wall including necessary scaffolding and painting the exposed faces with one coat of red lead oil paint and two coats of white oil paint including removing the existing pipe if necessary and conveying and stacking in PWD Chowky or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Lime Plastic repair and restoration of profile of weathered or damaged limestone carvings, capitals, stringer courses and other architectural details by removing the decayed sections and replacing with layers built one over the other to restore the profile of the detail with lime mortar in 1Kg of lime with 3 Kgs of quartz sand and using armature of Stainless Steel pins of 6mm diameter. The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications laid down in the seprate volume of specifications for the item of Lime Plastic repair and as directed by the Architect and the Engineer-in-charge.

Mix 1 Kg of acrylic polymer with 0.5 Kg of cement. Finish it with ready to use repair polymer modified mortar based on special cements, aldehyde based polymers with thixotropy modifying agents as approved by Engineer in charge (The Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) should attain min. compressive strength of 20 N/mm2 in 1 day and 30 N/mm2 in 7 days) by adding 13 - 16% water by weight of polymer modified mortar for treatment to the damaged RCC members. Add 1 Kg of Migrating Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture as approved by Engineer in charge per 25 Kg bag of polymer modified mortar. After mixing polymer modified mortar, it can be trowel applied or sprayed. When applying by hand, polymer modified mortar must be forced tightly into the substrate to ensure complete contact with the substrate. (If scaffolding is required, same shall be provided and will be paid under relevant item) (Upto 15 mm thickness at a time).
