Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded aggregated as in back filling of pressed steel door frame/chowkhat and bed block for fixing of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing factory made flush shutter 35mm thick, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing factory made gauged and skeleton shutter 35mm thick made out of 2nd class hard wood kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., but divided into squares, with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauze etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frame of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with two resistant grade unsaturated polyester plain and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, at 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre 300mm apart including drilling depth of holes not less than 300mm and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in anels including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with and including bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding/screed but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 10 KM from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for glazed ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floor, tiles laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick square or rectangular as in skirting (cut from same size and type as floor tile ), dado etc. set and jointed over and including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement including making good plaster surfaces (above skirting tile) to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed bed) in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surface rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles light coloured of size 300mmx 450mm, 7 to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surface rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, plateform, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 10 KM from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 16-18mm thickness approved shade granite of minimum size equal to width of slab, machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polishing (table rubbed and mirror polished) and chamfering/rounding the outer edges, as in cooking platform, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills and like laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including accomodate the hole for gas pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 20mm thick (minimum), Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x500mm for flooring and in single piece for treads of staircase, laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 15-18mm thick, Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall, ceiling, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- (i) Cost for cutting chases/groove as required for concealed pipe as directed shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 20mm bore including fitting/connection from wall, ceiling, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-fixing old serviceable 20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) but new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Old serviceable pipe obtained from taking up or down (here-in-before) item of this BOQ shall be reused after necessary cleaning internally and rerunning the old screw threads as required. (ii) Cost for cutting chases/groove as required for concealed pipe as directed shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- (i) Cost for cutting chases/groove as required for concealed pipe as directed shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material & Labour for 40 mm GI pipe medium grade, made to shape as in spout pipe in sunken/ verandah/ Balcony including making hole and making good with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, three layered with closed top/lid), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description and capicity with float valve and gate valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing serviceable PVC tanks (OHT) of capacity upto 500 litre, setting aside or lowering for repairs, cleaning , etc. and hoisting if required, removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and keep in safe custudy. After the building repair work or as directed reconnecting and re-fixing in original position including all inlet and outlet water connection (as per existing) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on otherthan fair faces of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg, finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work in half brick thick wall straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description such as slab/OHT staging slab, kitchen chimeny, chajjas, fins, shelves etc, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting/jointing new including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 10 KM from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid building blocks of size as directed suitable for OHT slab support etc and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kitchen sink slab etc of any section with plain fair faces including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs for resting of water tank supported on walls/precast blocks, deck slabs and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for covering the crumple joint between walls, beams, columns by 0.71 mm thick Plain Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) including fixing material and takig out old sheet any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Forming jambs, etc. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Carefully chipping, removing existing loose/ damaged concrete with plaster from Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the existing sound concrete and exposing old reinforcement upto 10mm beyond corroded reinforcement bars using electrically operated diamond concrete saw blade, making the edges straight and even and cleaning it by wire brush and then by air blower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire circumference surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc., complete and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, complete as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/PCC elements of Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops repair to spalling concrete to its original size and shape in layers 20 mm average thickness by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber based repair mortar having compressive strength >= 30 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 3.5N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for removing loose disturbed or disintegrated old concrete surfaces of RCC beam, ceiling, slab, column, lintel, pardi, railing etc. cleaning thoroughly exposed reinforcement by sand blasting using suitable pump as directed by GE, preparing exposed concrete surfaces to receive guniting, applying one coat of anti-corrosive paint to the exposed reinforcement, supply and fixing welded wire mesh of size 100x100mm of 3mm dia wire and weight not less than 1.37 kg/Sqm and binding with 22 guage mild steel (annealed) binding wire to reinforcement and applying pressure guniting as per IS 6433 in cement mortar (1:3) average thickness 30mm and thereafter 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surface including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The finished level of the surfaces shall be matched with the existing surface. (ii) Provision of additional reinforcement steel in case required and ordered shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 40mm average thickness PCC padding in cement mortar (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate on roof slab increasing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope 1:40, the top shall be trowelled and finishing the surface even amd smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering /screed in cement mortar (1:3) on roof top surface including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under relevant item of BOQ).

Material and labour for cleaning the roof surface including flashing and junction of parapets etc. by brushing, removing all dust and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.80 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application, torching as recommended by the manufacturer with side over lap of 75mm and end over lap of 100mm, tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cool roof SRI tile with solar refractive index >78 of size 300x300mm, 8mm to 10mm thick shall be laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and including filling joints with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) GE Office name and Serial Number (already alloted ) of geyser shall be re written with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down carefully serviceable electronic/electric energy meter single phase and keep in safe custudy and dismantling/taking out existing meter box any type. After the building repair work or as directed refixing the same electronic/electric energy meter in same qtr complete with accessories in and including new polycarbonate meter box with clearing transparent glass for taking reading, of suitable size for one No Single Phase Meter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Refixing of Electric energy meter shall be done in such a way with sufficient space to house prepaid meters in future to be installed at later stage without any further modification all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Contractor shall maintain a register duly mentioned KWH meter Ser No for each Qtr and last meter reading and submit to the office of AGE E/M (south) store yard as per the direction of Engineer-charge.

Note :- Valve pit shall be constructed all as shown on drawing No BTD-811 Sheet No 1/2 and 2/2 and as per above specified specifications.

Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including form work for thrust block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by manual mean (trenchless boring) for accommodate/inserting pipe upto 100mm bore in the drilled holes, including returning, filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note ; (i) Only length of the road/hard standing/Pavement will be measured for payment and cost for excavation, returning filling and making good at both side of bore shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Pipe shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for connection from existing main water supply pipe line including ferrule, MS clamp, nut bolts and accessories for providing of connection complete all as specified and as directed.
