SCH "A" PART-I(CIVIL WORKS)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 150mm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of unserviceable debris to outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Earthwork is deemed to be carried out by manual method. However mechanised method may be adopted without any extra cost to the government.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, RCC M-30, (Design Mix), using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth beam, footing, bases of columns etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately as applicable.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH "A" PART-II(ELECTRIFICATION)

Point wiring on stone / brick masonry wall complete with two 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated 1100 volts grade unsheathed FRLSH cable confirming to IS-694, 1977 with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit, conduit fittings and conduit accessories not less than 25 mm dia concealed in walls and fixed with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc., and including provision of one 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, 60mm deep, concealed in walls, duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with bakelite hylam sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with cadmium plated screws for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., for one 3 pin switch socket outlet, 15 Amps, on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Switch socket combination, flush type, 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amps and 15 Amps universal type complete all as specified and as directed.

Integral industrial SMD LED highbay fitting, 120 watt, IP-65 with pressure die-cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate cover, with all accessories and integrated electronic driver suitable to operate on AC 220 V / 230 V, 50 Hz supply, pre wired including connecting up with suitable size cable complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Earthwork, sand cushioning, protection for cable etc., as required shall be measured and paid separately.

(b) Lugs and glands shall be used appropriately wherever required while connecting cables and the quoted rates are deemed be include for the same.

Dry river sand laid to required width of trench at bottom and top for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed.

Punned thickness only shall be measured.

Common burnt bricks sub class "B" of old size, designation 50, laid dry in trenches with width equal to length of bricks across the cable for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 4mm dia GI wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.
