Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and work ability without impairing strength; excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: In case the cement content in design mix is more than the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Providing and placing in position 150 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers of approved make etc. of M-30 grade with minimum cement content 390kg/cum for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering with top & bottom longitudinal reinforcement of 12 mm dia @ 100c/c and 8 mm dia stirrups @ 150c/c and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for lifting 0.60 mtr length hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit of Old dismantled paver block received from the dismantling. The material received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weight/measured before remaining from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative all completion as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit of old dismantled MS steel/MS Angle/MS Flat/MS Bar etc. received after dismantling at site all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Deduct for the credit on account of cost of dismanltled unserviceable bricks received from dismantling , including dismantling removal & disposal from the site and cleaning the site all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. The dismantled unserviceable material shall become the property of contractors after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised respective.
