Providing and Laying R.B.M. filled cement bags for making bundha including. Polythene and clay etc to be used to prevent leakage before cutting, welding and chipping of sill beam including all cost of material, labour & T&P.

Dismentalling existing R.C.C. and Granite stone around the damaged sill Beam with the help of poclain pneumatic breaker after making proper arrangement of removal of material including all cost of material, labour & T&P. The item includes shall include- 1. Hiring hyraulic excvator and Tractor with trally upto 280 Hr each. 2. Continuous welding/ cutting by electric plant including cost of electrodes upto 3510 cm. 3. Other misc expenditure such as ladder, jhulla, scaffolding, hammer, wooden plank, watch & ward labour and inspection supervisior etc required for completion of job.

Providing and fabricating new sill Beam (beam size 18500x160x250mm). 32 mm and 20 mm thick M.S. plates should be used in flange and web of fabricated sill beam respectively. 12 mm thick S.S. plate (plate size 18500x150 mm) should be welded on the top of sill beam. This job also includes all cost of cutting, welding, labour and T&P etc required to complete the job.

Placing, positioning and fitting provided sill beam as per drawing and instructions. Item shall includes cost of anchoring (M.S. round bar 20 mm dia 125 Kg and M.S. anchor NBW 20x220mm 60 Nos.) with drilling, cleaning and fixing anchor bolt. For anchoring making 60 nos. holes in sill beam the following consumable items shall be included in the job. (D.A. Gas 6.00 cum, Oxygen gas 18.00 cum, Welding 35.1Cum, angular grinder disc etc). This job also includes all cost of cutting, welding, labour and T&P etc required to complete the job.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete (M-40) excluding cost of reinforcement including all cost of material labour & T&P.

Providing and laying reinforcement steel (TMT bar) including all cost of cutting, bending, binding and cost of binding wire etc complete.

Providing and laying shuttering and scafolding for R.C.C. work including all cost of material, labour and T&P complete.

Epoxy mortar pointing with 1:1/2:2 (Araldite GY 257:Aradur 140: Silica) after applying primer coat with 1:1/2 (Araldite GY 257: Aradur 140) in floor blocks of granite stone joints 60x12.50 mm including all cost of material, labour and T&P complete.

Providing and Laying Granite Stone Set Size 60X50X45 cm in damaged portion of D/S floor with C.C. 1:1.5:3

Dewatering including all cost of material ,labour and T&P etc
