VRV/VRF Airconditioning: Designing, Supplying, installation, testing and commissionning of VRV/VRF system of adequate capacity (min 76.34 HP) including indoor/outdoor units, piping, electrical power distribution /wiring electrical pannel,treated fresh air system as per Specifications, approved drawing, requirement, Scope of work and as per instruction of Engineer-in Charge - For Total Plinth Area 1100.00 Sqm

Design and Development of Storm water drains having total Length 203 RMT (approx) all complete as per requirement, approved drawing and as per instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Design and Development of site with Horticultural works ( 2264 Sqm approx) including earth filling (approx 300 mm height), grassing, tree plantations/shurbs and potted plants etc. Green Garden/ Horticulture work as per requirement, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in Area/Length shall be on prorata basis)

Design and construction of Overhead RCC water tank without independent staging (Min 10,000 Litres) as per requirement, design, Specifications, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge

UPS: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of online 3 phase UPS system with 30 minutes back up for the entire building including batteries, interconnecting cables, battery racks etc. as per requirement, design and approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge

The structure wil be sent to site in ready to fit condition. No welding wark to carry out at site other than assembling and grouting. Two coats of Epoxy paint to he given as per requiremen, scope of work and as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
