| 1 | M & L for general servicing of DG Sets of capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA comprising of following jobs i.e. transportation, labour charges & minor materials required for servicing as required complete all as specified and directed. :-
(i) Cleaning of complete DG set & greasing of the parts.
(ii) Tappet setting as per standard.
(iii) Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments.
(iv) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps.
(v) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring.
(vi) Self & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal.
(vii) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine.
(viii) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method. (ix) Unserviceable /broken/removed DG set doors to be repair and refixing. (x) Checking and repair of unserviceable electrical wiring DG sets .
