Disconnecting of all HT/LT and earth connection electrically and machanically of Indoor/outdoor transformers 63 KVA to 315 KVA capacity, taking up/down from plinth carefully including transportation to MES yard, complete all as specified and directed.
Disconnecting of all HT/LT earth connection electrically and machanically of Indoor/outdoor transformers 400 KVA to 800 KVA capacity, taking up/down from plinth carefully including transportation to MES yard, ccomplete all as specified and directed.
Supply & install ,testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS : 1180 part - I, level - III step down, copper wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 100 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping at +5% to +10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changergear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :-
(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core 1000 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(c) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.
(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).
(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.
(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.
(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.
(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.
(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight.
(l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.
(m) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Effeciency level - III.
(n) Oil temperator indicator.

(n) Oil temperator indicator , winding temperature indicator, marshlig box single window, double flit buchoiz relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to existing RMU/VCB relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 10 core 1100 volts grade.
NOTE :- (i) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of controll wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. (ii) Controll cable shall be measured and paid seperatly.

NOTE for item No. 1 to 11 :- (i) Transformer shall be of proven design, short circuit test report by CPRI or in any other NABL accredited test laboratory shall be furnished. Short circuit test report for exactly similar transformer (matching all major electrical parameters including loss figure) shall not be older than 05 years to be furnished, Each transformer must be BIS marked & BEE star labelled. Manufacturer must have type test reports for each & every rating. (ii) Transformer manufacturer should have in-house core cutting facilities for proper control & monitoring of quality & to avoid mixing of Prime core with second grade/defective core materials. Transformer Manufacture should have in house slitting machine so as, core is cut to width & stacked with minimum air gap thus ensuing Burr level less than 10 microns. Core shall be procured form one of these manufacturers- Posco/Nippon/Novex/AKSteels (iii) Contractor should ensure all type test certification & verify, before placing order on from a particular OEM. (iv) where ever cable is to be connected with brass & copper Busbar/bushing, bimetallic connectors should be used.
M&L for plate Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level with alternate layer of common salf and charcoal dust mixed & packed 150 mm thick homogeneous layer all around the GI earth plate and connected to galvanized earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron electric arc welding all joints all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia medium pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable jointing kit aganist repair for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type , joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured , Al conductor cable of size 70 to 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable jointing kit aganist repair for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type , joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured , Al conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable jointing kit aganist repair for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type , joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured , Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply laying, testing and commisioning aganist repair (HT cable in existing duct or fixed with pole structure) cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply laying, testing and commisioning aganist repair (HT cable in existing duct or fixed with pole structure) cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for brick masonry platform (suitable for 100 to 315 KVA transformer) of having size 1.6m X 1.6m and total height 1.6 M(0.45 M below ground level including excavation and earth work ,1.15M above ground level including RCC slab design mix m-25 (as per PS clause 2.9(IV) on page No. 105) 150 mm on top) and cement plaster on all side with 1:4 cement morter complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 12 core 1100 volts gradecomplete all as specified and directed.
