Supply and Installation of 74 mm Drywall Partition with two layers of MGO-Magnesia Cement board, square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 installed by using Auminimum channel.The Aluminimum channel 1.5mm thick, length 3600mm fixed to the floor and soffit ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm staggered centers. Silica noise and fire rated silicon sealant /Matt to be caulked along the lining frame before fixing the Aluminimum channels. Then Aluminimum channel of 25x50x1.5mm thick should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc). Synthetic Polyfiber, 1000 gsm density, thickness 50mm, width 600mm is held in position with Stick S7 dab spots inbetween Aluminimum Channel. Magnesia Cement board 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the Aluminimum Channel behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Supplying and fixing with new of Premium Quality vertical blinds including loading , unloading charges and fixing in position etc,, complete and as directed by the Departmental officers ( Colour and design approved by the executive officers )

Supplying and fixing in position of cup-board shutters made of Teak wood scantlings of size 100mm x 32mm for outer frame, horizontal and vertical members. The shutter frame is made out of 75mm x 32mm of Teak wood scantling (horizontal - 3 Nos., vertical - 2Nos. for each shutter) with 12mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board (exteriar grade) shutters. The shutters are fixed to the frame with required 6 numbers of aluminium hinges 100x30mm, 2 Nos. D type aluminium handle 100mm, 2 Nos. of aluminium tower bolts 75x10mm, 1 No. of cupboard lock, etc. The teak wood frame shall be painted two coats with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer. The pre-laminated particle board and furniture fittings used should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use. The cost includes cost of all materials labour charges etc.

Supplying and fixing with new Stainless steel sink of approved Quality of size 600 x 600 x 180mm with a pair of cast iron including cost of 15mm diameter brass chromium planed pillar tap 32mm diameter c.p. waste coupling 15mm diam. 15mm angle cork work includes fixing in the wall in position with pair connection and painting the brallets with two coats of paint leakage etc. complete. Complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and Fixing the Fasle Ceiling using Hilux Board Plain Sheets (10mm thick) of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling using "U" shaped Galvanised iron channels at 1.20 M centre to centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing "U" shaped G.I channels at 0.90 m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W reapers at corners and at intermediately and fixing of plaster of paries on the panel provided as per design / patttern given by the site officer and finishing the ceiling surface with some plaster of paries materials etc. Necessary openings should be made for providing spotlights, florescent tubes in the ceiling by using plywood 12 mm thick and opening should be covered with Acrylic panel complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete. All the materials should be got approved before use on work by the Executive Engineer.The rate is including two coats of plastic emulsion painting over the wall coat primer etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Wall paper 0.5mm thick approved make and design including labour charges for fixing the existing wall paneling with necessary adhesives without any air bubbles and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and FIxing the office table shall be of size 1800mm × 900mm × 750mm height, fabricated using 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board of approved make with both-side laminate finish, provided with a 25 mm or 18 mm thick prelaminated table top having 2 mm PVC edge banding and cable manager, supported on side vertical panels with a modesty board, complete with a three-drawer pedestal made of 18 mm prelam board fitted with telescopic ball-bearing drawer channels, central locking system, SS handles, and all exposed edges finished with 2 mm PVC edge banding, including necessary hardware such as screws, hinges, locks and support cleats, with all joints assembled using minifix or equivalent fittings, ensuring a smooth, scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, stain-resistant surface and proper alignment of all storage units, executed as per standard specifications and as directed.
