M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by manual or mechanical means to make surface clean free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as spd and directed.(Including necessary scafolding etc)

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall including filling undulated surface and applying two coat of cement base paint including one coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note: colour of paint will be decided as per engineer in charge directions.)

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall including filling undulated surface and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note-colour of paint will be decided as per engineer in charge directions.)

M&L for applying wall care putty 1mm thick on wall even and fair surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, minor repairs and filling depressions/chipping with wall care putty( where ever required) and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper including cleaning of OBD stains on floor /window/joinery's surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Wall Care putty will be measured in Item No.4

M&L for preparation of old Plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash over wall care putty(where ever required) on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Wall Care putty will be measured in Item No.7

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete/ceiling/beams or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on concrete surface/brick surface in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on concrete /brick surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair etc. all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new Plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper with roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of of cement base paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkaki resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering of cement plaster (1:3) on soffit of RCC slab/ ceiling/beams where specified, as whole or in patch , all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of new Plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified directed.

M&L for prepration of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high including one coat of synthetic enamel paint on plastered surface before writing letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for de-rooting and clearing away all grass, vegetation, samplings, shurbs, undergrowth, roots and trees etc by picking or cutting of wall around or by taking down cement plaster and making good with PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 or cement mortar (1:2) and plastering with 15 mm thick with water proofing compound in CM 1:4 with recron 3"S" @ 125 gm/50Kg of cement and to match with existing neighboring surface treatement including repairing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/taking out process including necessay scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15 m from the ground level complete all as required and directed.

S&F in repair 3mm thick ordinary sheet glass fixed with clips and putty or with aluminium snap beading including hacking out old glass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tack or stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair 28mm dia MS drapery curtain rod with coloured PVC coated including bracket, holder etc all necessary fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
