Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. (DSR-4.1.8)

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for constructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits. Wall trenches basement Excavation Top surface of plinth filling Junction wall and floor along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc complete (plinth area of building at ground floor only, shall be measured as per 6313 (Part II 1981) Excluding GST. Aldrine emulsifiable concen-trate any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows: (1) Treatment for Masonry 8 foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2), Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.50 liters per sqm.
