Supply, install, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT panel of suitable size , CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof , double steef shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both ront and rear door painted with powder coated paint and aluminium bus bar 1600 amps suitable for 440 volts, 50 Hz , 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accesories and mounted on C type Channel platform with suitable nut and bolts complete with the following items:- Incoming :- (a)ACB, 4 Pole,1600 A, 415 V 50 KA, Microprocessor based(I/C) -1Nos (b)LCD multifunction meter, Make- L&T ,Cat No-WL440511OOOO (c) CT Coil of Ratio 1600/5A-Set of 3 (d) Phase indicator lamps (RYB) -set of 3 (e)Aluminium bus bar of 2200 A -4 strip (f)Internal wiring for panel incl insulators, sleeves etc

Supply of heavy duty trolley of mild steel with four wheels, pneumatic with tubeless type,front wheels to be made moveable co-axial type,450 mm ground clearance by hydraulic jack,toe air filling pump,four wheel drum brake system spring loaded draw bar liquid based suspension system. Provn for idling screw jack 04 Nos for levelling transformer,towing arrangement for heavy Vehicle,size of trolley as per OEM design for 1000 KVA Transformer & suitable to carry a load upto 5.5 Tones alongwith 600 mm outer guard rail and MS post and overhead shed,extra space for LT cable earthing connection suitable for body,provn of HT/LT cable drum for hanginging the respective cable at provisioned trolley complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Trolley design to be got approved by contractor from GE before procurement.

Excavating in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed. Note: During excavation no mechanical excavator is permitted at site, contractor will do the excavation through maually.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of lT under ground cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper reqd cover all as specified and directed.

M & L brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable all as specified and directed.

M&L of UG cable XLPE insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade,cross section area incl taking down of size 35.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply & fix 40 mm bore GI tubing “light grade” in trenches/ on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed.
