Providing Irrigation facility to 588 Hectares of command area at Sokanadagi and surrounding villages of Bagalkot Taluk and Bagalkot District by lifting water from Ghataprabha River on turnkey basis

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90 percent of the contract value), at least one similar nature of work such as Construction Lift irrigation Scheme/Water supply Scheme through piped network of value not less than Rs. 704.06 Lakhs during the Last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The value of the completed work shall be given a weight of 10 percent Per year to bring them to the price level of FY 2025-26. The work done certificate should be obtained duly Signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division

The intending bidder should have executed a minimum Quantity of the following Items as stated below in any one year in during last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer 1.Earth work (Excavation and Embankment Quantity): 29860.00Cum, 2. Cement Concrete Quantity: 804.00 Cum, 3.Steel: 94.45 Tonne, 4. VT/Submerged Centrifugal HT Pumps- 2Nos each pump not less than 110 Hp/ 83KW

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of HDPE pipes of minimum dia of 315 mm for a length of 11.63 Km in any one year in last five years years (2020-21 to 2024-25),and work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division.

The intending Bidder should have executed, Supplying, laying & testing and commissioning of MS pipes with Epoxy Coating inside and outer guniting with CM 1:3 mortar for Rising main of minimum dia of 550.00 mm for a length of 2867.00 m in any one year during last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) the work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division.

Section 3 Qualification Information as per bid document

The intending bidder should have erected, tested commissioned substation of a minimum capacity of 11 kV and above with transmission line work for a minimum length of 8.00 Km in any one year in last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 420.53 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Equipment Capabilities (a Availability by owning at least 50 percent of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50 percent can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works provided the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc. RC Book, Sale Deed, purchase invoice, hire/lease documents with relevant hire / lease vehicles documents attached) for availability for this work are furnished below 1. Hydraulic Excavator of not less than 0.9 cum capacity 12 No. 2. Tipper of not less than 4 cum capacity 8 No. 3. Self- Loading /Transit Concrete mixer of not less than 4Cum Capacity 3 No. 4.Earth Compactor 2 No. 5. Crane No.2

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 1877.48 Lakhs. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of FY 2025-26.

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B), Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years (1.5 years) prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 1.5 years (18 Calendar months) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
