Replacement of the following elements with new ones including dismantling and removal of the existing unserviceables from the Cooling Towers of Central AC Plant located at different sites (in-campus), sealing of vulnerable joints, parts with sealing compound wherever required to prevent any leakage, proper discarding by transporting them outside the campus, thorough cleaning the space, testing after installation, adjustments, etc. complete as required.

63 mm dia PVC Brach Pipes (size compatible with the existing one)

Replacement of existing butterfly valve after dismantling and removing it from its existing position including supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following new valves, gauges and strainers for condenser water circulation as per specifications. BUTTERFLY VALVE (MANUAL) with C I body SS Disc, Nitrile sheet & O-Ring PN 16 pressure rating as specified. (Acceptable make: Audco / BDK / Intervalve / KSB / Kirloskar / L&T / Amco / Leader / Sant)

Servicing and descaling of following valves of different sizes after removing it from its existing position after taking shutdown, proper removal of scale by chemical compound, abrasion, cleaning, etc. re-fixing the same in the existing position, changing of gaskets as required, making it completely leak proof etc. complete as required.

Providing and finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete on MS pipe, structures and other surfaces.

Replacement of 5000 Litre capacity PVC tank for make-up water of cooling tower including removing and discarding the existing damaged tank from its base, making in & out connections, providing float valve, etc. as required.
