REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF LT PANELS INCLUDING SWITCHGEARS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT 2AFSB MYSORE UNDER AGE (I) AF CHIMNEY HILLS

S&F Silicon rubber insulating tape with 25 mm width ,Weather and corrosion resistant all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

M&L one coat of grey/half white colour synthetic enamel spray paint after preparation of surfaces of existing LT panels/control switch boxes over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed

S/F in repair current transformer coil ratio up to 800/5 Amps Class-1 insulation.

Supply and fix phase LED indicator lamp with toggle switches including taking down of fused indicator lamp.

Supply and fix 0-500 volts Voltmeter including taking down unserviceable voltmeter as directed.

Supply and fix Ammeter 0-400 Amp including taking down unserviceable ammeter .

Servicing, commissioning and testing of LT panel including replacement of burnt out lugs, scraping the bus bar chamber with ewary paper, cleaning the bus bar panel with CTC, remove the burnt out electrical wiring and replacement of bolt, nuts, washer and new wiring for metering eqpt, phase sequence RYB with bus bar insulation tapes, heating with blower, reconnecting, testing and commissioning. Note:- (i)Cost of Lugs,Nuts, bolts, washers, insulation tapes, wiring & other connecting items shall be included in unit rate. (ii)Taking down old MCCB and refixing the same will be included above quoted rate .

Supply and install in repair MCCB, 4 pole, 415 v, adjustable type, 400 Amp, 50 HZ, 36 KA including spreader links on both sides complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no.9 above but fixed type, 25 to 100 A and 16 KA

All as per item no.9 above but fixed type, 125 A and 16 KA

S& F On load change over switch 200 Amps,4 Pole in sheet metal enclosure all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing TPN distribution boards,Vertical type, protection class IP-43, Double door,4 Way, suitable for mounting MCCB Amps as incomer and MCB SP,TP as outgoing with min 160 Amps rating bus bar ,concealed in wall all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

M&L in shifting of existing LT panel ( one Incoming and Nine Outgoing ) up to 10 meter distance is including PCC Foundation, road cutting,excavation,angle iron structure,Cable Joint kit of any size,Termination of cable, disconnect the existing Termination,shifting,demolition of existing PCC all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and 20×3mm copper strip as a earthing lea by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts, washers etc made copper strip, earth strip including and protected by galvanized iron pipe(light grade) 40 mm dia from plate to Panel Board, galvanized iron pipe light grade 20mm dia bore and funnel watering including test point necessary excavation ,earth work, concrete pit M-10, CI cover, frame and funnel, all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR-1991(part-1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in LT cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out exact location of fault all as directed at site. Note :- The item includes transportation ,fuel charges ,charging of machine etc for full functioning of machine up to detecting fault at a time.It is soley bidder's responsibility to arrange fault locating machune & he should not expect facilitation from deptt for the same.

M&L repairs & overhauling of LT ACBs of any capacity of any make by removing out the breaker form the respective panels after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the breaker, checking it throughly for the defects & tripping system of the ACB and rectifing them, lubricantion of moveing contacts, overhauling of the ACB, replacement of wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling, reinstallation, testing & comissioning of ACB complete all as directed by EIC. Note: (i) Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.
