Providing and fixing gang saw cut thick mirror polished (Pre moulded & Pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement ,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including edge moulding, rubbing , curing, granite polishing to give high glossy finish etc. complete. Granite of any colour as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 16 mm thick

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in beams, suspended floors, roofs, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills including the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing but excluding cost of reinforcement. All work upto floor V level.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600 mm (8-10 mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto a pitch of 60 degrees) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. 0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

Extra for providing and fixing curved C.G.S. sheets in roofing 0.80mm thick.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand). Internal/External.

Removing dry or OBD or water proofing cement paint etc by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats) on new surface including applying a priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 6 mm thick waterproof plywood of approved make (Green/Century) with necessary screws/nails including cost of nails, fevicol etc. and priming coat on exposed surface and then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete etc. complete.
