1.) Repairs to RCC Roof Building at Nachuvanur PUM School Building H/O U.Maramangalam

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of Pressed tiles and weathering course etc., complete

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 40mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum

Chipping of concrete and rouhening the surface

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Painting the walls and ceiling two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion over one priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, thorough scrapping of old surface, etc complete

Distembering two coats over one priming coat with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats over Old iron work approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,

2.) Repair to PUE School Building at Tholasampatty H/O Tholasampatty

Dismantling, Clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re use for Flat & Pan tile or Mangalore tile over flat tile without roof timbers

Roofing with best Mangalore tiles over Ceiling tiles (using 40% new tiles and 60 % tiles) including cost of Mangalore tiles and Ceiling tiles etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls and ceiling two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion over one priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, thorough scrapping of old surface, etc complete

3.) Repair to PUM Sellapillaikuttai RCC Roof Building at No.2 H/O Sellapillaikuttai

Dismantling, Clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re use for Flat & Pan tile or Mangalore tile over flat tile without roof timbers

Chipping of concrete and rouhening the surface

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS H.B.G. metal including cost and conveyence of all materials to site and all other albour charges etc., completed.
