Dehydration and filtration of the existing transformer/servo voltage stablizer oil by Dehydration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 40 KV at the gap of 4mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the contractor and shall also include the following provisions a) Testing of transformer /servo voltage stablizer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. b) The Unit of payment under this item shall be per liter of oil meant for all processes to the entire completion of jobs. (c) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every eqpt as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submit the same to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling transformer oil for topping up of min BDV 50 KV or replacement in different existing transformers outdoor/indoors type of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Make Power oil/ Transol/ savsol Note: - Transformer Oil:- The entire quantity of transformer oil shall be procured in one go. The complete material shall be brought at site and then as per requirement oil should be shifted to site. The Purchase Vrs of transfer oil will be verified by AGE personally and certificate for the supply of genuine transformer oil shall be kept on record. Cost of this aspect deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Supply and replacement of dehydrating agents (Silca gel) in transformers of capacity upto 1000KVA transformer outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting of HT/LT connection including earthing strips from 11/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor transformer of following capacity after taking shut down from Engr-in-charge and following all safety precaution and taking down ( if mounted on four pole structure ) or taking out ( installed in indoor substation ) with help of suitable crane and transporting to approved workshop and back after repair/ rewinding and installing at original location and reconnecting HT/LT connection including earthing and testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the followings.

Transformer upto 250 KVA capacity

M&L for dismantling of transformer 11/0.433 KV at approved workshop and taking out defective core and replacement of HT/LT copper winding with super enamelled copper wire of original size and including necessary cotton insulating tape, saperator,nut bolts of suitable size and dehydration of transformer oil and topping up of deficient transformer oil and replacement of defective parts like bushing, tap changers, gaskets etc( copper winding wire , transformer oil and other accessries will be measured and paid saperately in respective items) but cost of saperator, insulating cotton tape and nut, bolt are included in item rate. Note:- (i) Transformer will be repaired from approved manufacturer (ii) Transformer will be repair after prior approval of CWE (AF) Tughlakabad

Supply only copper winding wire super enamelled of size as original complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of LT bushing (Brass stud and bolts with porcelian insulator) suitable size to fixed the transformer capacity range 60 to 400 KVA including replacement of gasket , cable glands, etc to make the transformer leak proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item ser No 7 above but suitable for 500 KVA to 1000 KVA transformer

M&L for Painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery Paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of snthetic enamel paint by spray painting including preparation of surfaces capacity of transformer of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

500 to 1000 KVA

Material and labour for replacement of worn out off load tap changer set and connecting with existing winding to match the ratio of tap position complete all as per existing sample suitable for transformers of capacity 100 to 400 KVA all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for oil temperature gauge suitable for transformers all as per existing shape and size for any make and model transformers complete all as specified and directed including taking out old gauge all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for defect locating on HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within an hours of instruction from Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting to existing LT panels, indoor/outdoor type of size upto 5mx4mx1m installed at various PWs with two coat of supper enameled paint over a coat of primer of approved colour on exposed surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material & Labour for maintenance to existing LT panels, indoor/outdoor type installed at various PWs , installation using suitable welding machine for LT panel, replacement of door hinges, nut & bolts, door beaders/ gaskets, panel locks,indicator lamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection laid in trenches / in existing cable ducts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For payment point of view, compacted thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for brick, subclass 'B' well burnt, laid dry flat in trenches for protection of cable over LT cable, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and insttalation,testing & commissioning with HT panel phase indoor resin cast CT of ranging 15 amp to 150 amp/5-5A as per each feeder required class 1.0/5P10, burden 15 VA-15VA including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation by trench less boaring technology for holes under road pavement, hardstanding using ultra sound technique and engaging necessary machine including HDPE pipe ISI marked of dia 100 mm suitable for .4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: HDPE pipe and marking good the disturbed surface shall deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.
