Supply of single front compartmentalized double door out door type LT DB MCCB Panel having IP-65 protection for interconnection of TC no. 5,TC no.2 & TC no.3 through LT cable along with 400 Amps TPN Alluminium bus bar etc. The details of feeders & other associated auxillaries will be as follows: IN-COMING : 200A, 4P, 415V, 35kA,adjustable thermal magnetic release MCCB with O/L,S/C protection, aux /Trip contacts, spreaders with Phase barriers & ROH of Qty - 2 Nos. The incomer section shall be provided with set of LED type indication lamps, set of LED type ON / OFF / TRIP indications and Multi function data meter with facility of current, voltage, power factor, energy with RS 485 port. Also a set of suitable rated, burden and class CT and control MCB etc,. all complete shall be provided as required. OUT GOING: 1) 200A, 4P, 415V, 35kA, adjustable thermal magnetic release MCCB with O/L,S/C protection, aux /Trip contacts, spreaders with Phase barriers & ROH of Qty- 1 No. The outgoing section shall be provided with set of LED type indication lamps, set of LED type ON / OFF / TRIP indications and Multi function data meter with facility of current, voltage, power factor, energy with RS 485 port.Provision shall be provided at bottom for terminating incoming and outgoing cable.Also a set of suitable rated, burden and class CT and control MCB etc,. all complete shall be provided as required.The necessary cement concrete pedestal for installation of panel with all necesssary hardwares etc shall be made ready as per site requirement. Note: The GA shall be got approved before fabrication.

Installation, testing & commissioning (ITC) of LT DB Panel as per standard practice. The LT panel shall be installed by using adequate size angle frames & fasteners etc. (OR) best installation techniques in force. Necessary mounting arrangements as per the recommendations shall be part of this work and will be executed as per site requirement complete.

Supply of 3.5Cx150Sq.mm XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, Tape PVC inner sheathed, flat armoured aluminum conductor power cable of 1.1kV grade as per (IS - 7098) (Part-I).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Providing, laying and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 50 mm dia G.I pipe of medium class to the pole structure with necessary clamps as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required

3.5C X 150 sq. mm (50 mm)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
