Opening of cover(of any description and size) of septic tanks and soakage wells/pits, desludging/dewatering of septic tanks and soakage wells/pits of any size and depth by Manually operated machine (where approach of veh is not feasible)/mechanical pumping (truck mounted) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in -Charge and removing sludge outside the periphery of defence land at bis own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering the same including refixing covers after cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from line and manholes(liquid/semi liquid/solid) excavtion of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc

Cleaning of under ground sewage lines of 100mm/150 mm bore including manholes, CI stacks.gully traps etc. by means of cleaning by roding from manholes to manholes till the cleared/cleaned water running under sewage line and flushing after cleaning, taking out sludge collected in manholes, removing & depositing the same outside the periphery of defence land in the pit at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes including taking off and re-fxing cover the manhole pitt, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Cleaning of blockage of Water Closet (Indian or European), trap & pipe line upto first manhole manually by Roding and making it fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Enginerr-in-charge including removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MD land and burring in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Demolition or breaking up drain pipe of any size (salt glazed stone ware, AC, PVC or reinforcement concrete) set in cement mortar/concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia any length single socketed with rubber ring joint laid in trenches/floors as soil pipe(vent pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes for 150mm SGSW pipe after they are laid in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) & tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab for man holes etc set in cement mortar(1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling, mass concrete and sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 18 above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B-1 (using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, bed block, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs round or chamfered on edges, water troughs, in edging of path (interlocking paver) and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plastering on lathing (other than wire netting) without removing lathing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) ih ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cmm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring/path etc. to receive topping layer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with chemical resistant coating if size 300x300x 25mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
