Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a)Ordinary rock

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials. a) All kinds of soil.

Sub-Head : Concrete Work Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Sub-Head : Reinforced Cement Concrete Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

b) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to all level. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Sub-Head :Masonry Work Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksof class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : a)Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Sub-Head : Steel Work Providing and fixing anchor bolts & template for 40 m Narrow base tower as per Drawing including nuts and washers complete.

Fixing bed plates, templates and all anchor bolts etc. for stem of tower foundation including extremely accurate positioning, levelling etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer- in- Charge. (Bed plates, templates and anchor bolts etc. to be supplied by the department free of cost). Rate of fixing all bed plates, templates and anchor bolts for four or three legged tower etc. complete.

Supply of galvanised hexa bolts with nuts and washers of sizes as required at site for erection of dismantled 40 mtrs NBLW tower as per direction of engineer in charge

Sub-Head : Finishing 12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Sub-Head : Miscellaneous Dismantling of 40 meter NBLW tower at site Chatrokhari Distt. Mandi consisting of steel work in built up section in angles and channels including all gusset plates, bolts and nuts etc complete and marking of tower steel members required to be erected at other site including stacking at site complete in allrespect as per direction of engineer in charge

Carriage of dismantled tower material of 40 meter NBLW tower ( Appx. 10 MT Wt.) from tower site Chatrokhari to road head by manually, loading and further carriage by mechanical means to Harsar road side,and further manually from road head to newly proposed tower site Harsar complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge ( Note: The rate includes manual carrige as well as mechanical means)

Erection of 40 metre high four legged ,angular ground base self supporting narrow base communication tower using M.S. hot dipped 85 micron galvanized sections/fittings conforming to IS Code-13229 of 1991 & specification attached i/c ladder, working plateform with railing ,feeder cable rack, antenna fixtures,hexagonal nuts & bolts, washers, lightening arrestor of solid copper rod of size 650 mm length & 12 mm dia, foundation anchor bolts,templates,base plates etc all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Tower erection shall be strictly as per approved drawings. Note:- 1) The rate i/c platform,antenna mount, ladder,vertical & horizontal tray, post etc. and all the operations involved in the work excluding head load if any and nothing will be paid extra. 2) The agency shall ensure to make proper safety measures for labour.
