Schedule 'A' -Part I ( B&R Works)

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalant) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 part of water and allow to dry for 04 hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Newcoat/ Waterseal concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and as directed

M&L for chipping , removing carefullly the concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT CRS bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum of about 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs of cement mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled for repair to wall & slab all as specified and as directed.

M&L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of materials :mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching .Grouting maintain the pressure at exit 0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements at the rate of 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles in beam and columns all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specifications complete. Notes: (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rates shall include for jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick over gunniting / concrete surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre - cast cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks exxceeding 10 cm built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed

M&L for TMT steel bars CRS 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT CRS bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking bending & hooking ends & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less 0.9mm dia for stirrups/binders all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT CRS bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for nominal mix of concrete for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like type B1 ,1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling PCC Floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar Bedding, removing serviceable tiles to stores and removing debris to a distance exceeding 250 m and not exceeding 1000 m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 for laying floor finishes to receive floor tiles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles in vertical surfaces as a backing coat all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for makrana white Marble tiles 30cmx20cm x 20mm thick machine cut, bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing all as specified and as directed.

M & L for granite tiles 20mm thick of any type machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces / skirting 350 x 250 x7 mm / 450 x 300 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour as specified and as directed.

M & L for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sq m in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chamfering and rounding the straight cut edges of stone slab such as in steps , cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Thickness of FRP lamination shall be 2 mm. Core shall be polyurethane foam/ high density (more than 40kg per cubic meter) cellular foam done in situ. M&L for complete removal of any existing treatment by scrapping/rubbing & finally washing down with water and freeing the surface from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algae, flakes,etc and making suitable for Apex painting on external surfaces (wall facia comices etc) and applying 2mm true care wall putty of ASIAN Paints/Equivalent and applying two coat of 100% ant fungous acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint (white & blue) (make Asian /Berger/ Nerolac/ Dulux) over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufactures instruction & including necessary scaffolding etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of ceiling of any description and apply three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position such as in plinth protection all as specified and as directed.
