Taking down cement plaster / terrazzo of any description thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 using with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .( Note:- WPC measured and paid saperately)

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of external Walls and applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of primer complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of exsisting paint surface by washing and rubbing down upto exsisting plaster surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces complete all as as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete done by mechanical equipment like vibrator hammer of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All demolished items/debris to be removed from roof top to outside of MOD land. .

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/terrace by picking incl. taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing the scraped materials debris to a distance not exc. 50 m.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles,lime terracing or cement concrete,including flashing and junction of parapet,etc,and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @1.70 kg per sqm.blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sqm and lightly tampered (area of flashing etc.shall be added to the roof area.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for roofs

(a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.
