Providing and applying tackcoat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specififcation Clause 503

Providing and laying of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick composed of 13.20mm to 5.60 mm aggregates either using penetration bitumen 80/100 to required line, grade and leved to serve |as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn static |roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical Specification clause 508. by Manual means

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids on bituminious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross falls using Type C as per technical Specification clause 510. by Manual means

Earth work in Cuttning or in embakment in ordinary soil ,excavation to be in the form of irregular pits and earthwork in embakment to be Jin 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to the required level and slopes and also including lead up to 200 M and lift upto 1.50 M.The earth from cutting to be used in making embakment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30m.distance as directed by |the Engineer-in-charge.
