Provision for Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Provision for Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Provision for providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level,1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources.

Provision for providing Cantering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of form for Columns, pillars, piers, Abutments, posts & struts.

Provision for providing Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level for Hot rolled reformed bars.

Provision for earth work in filling in ground in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankment. Including supply and cost of labour, material and T&P etc. Required proper completion of work at site. [cum]

Provision for Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in parking of required strength thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including supply of material labour and T&P required proper completion of work at site.

Provision for supply & Fixing of Entrance Gate (Double panelled – 5.40 x 2.15) Comprising of Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc, complete.

Provision for Providing and applying Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture [M2]
