TPN Distribution Board (DB): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase, 415 V, 8 ways per phase, IP 43, TPN Distribution Board (DB) consisting of 63A, 4P MCB as incomer, 63A 2P 30 mA, ELCB-3 Nos for each phase and 6A-20A SP MCB -18 Nos. as outgoing . Scope includes Installation of Distribution Board with supply of fabricated top side cable box of height 300 mm, mounting brackets/supports, termination of wires, earthing, ferruling, dressing, preparing and pasting circuit details inside the DB, providing stainless steel DB Name Plate indicating DB Number/feeder No. Cable Size Etc., Testing and Commissioning.

VTPN Distribution Board: Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Double Door VTPN, MCB, vertical distribution board with Incomer 100A, 35KA, 3 POLE MCCB with out goings (8 NOS.) of 25 A, TP MCBs with 300 mm Top and Bottom powder coated adapter boxes, mounting brackets, neutral links etc. Scope also include providing stainless steel DB Name Plate indicating feeder No. Cable Size etc.,

Telephone Distribution Box: Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 100 pair Krone connector type, MS CRCA powder coated, Telephone Distribution Box complete with Krone connectors, ties etc. scope includes punching/termination of telephone wires, providing stainless steel DB Name Plate etc.

3 Core x 2.5 Sq.mm cable: Supply and laying of 3 Core x 2.5 Sq.mm. stranded copper conductor, LT, 1.1 kV grade, XLPE insulated, extruded PVC sheathed, FRLS outer sheathed armoured cable. Cables to be laid on wall, trays, ceiling as directed at site.

4 Core x 16 Sq.mm. cable: Supply and laying of 4 Core x 16 Sq.mm. stranded, copper conductor, LT, 1.1 kV grade, XLPE insulated, extruded PVC sheathed, FRLS outer sheathed GI wire armoured power cable. Cables to be laid on wall, trays, ceiling as directed at site.

4 Core x 2.5 Sq.mm cable: Supply and laying of 4 Core x 2.5 Sq.mm. stranded, copper conductor, LT, 1.1 kV grade, XLPE insulated, extruded PVC sheathed, FRLS outer sheathed GI wire armoured power cable. Cables to be laid on wall, trays, ceiling as directed at site.

Power Supply Panel: Shifting, Installation, Cabling, Testing and Commissioning of Power Supply Panel as per technical specifications

Road Cutting: Road cutting for laying of single earthing conductor at depth of 750 mm. Scope includes, laying/rerouting of existing strip, back filling, soling, providing PCC and finishing.

Laying / clamping of vertical lightning protection conductor on external wall of 18 M high building using aluminium clamps and SS screws.

Supply and installation of hot dip Galvanised Test link box with cover for lightning protection conductors.

Cable Termination:Termination of cables using crimping type copper lugs and double compression type cable glands of following sizes 3C X 2.5 Sq. mm copper

4C X 2.5 Sq. mm copper

4C X 16 Sq. mm copper

5 pair, 0.6 mm copper telephone cable

3C/4C X 2.5 Sq. mm copper flame proof termination using Flame Proof Glands.

Telephone wiring: Supply and laying of 5 pair, 0.6 mm., tinned copper armoured telephone cables. Cables to be laid on wall, trays, ceiling as directed at site.

LED batten: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED batten light fitting with a nominal system lumen output of minimum 4000 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 120 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70B50. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature and a CRI>80. The luminaire shall meet IP20 rating with THD<10%, Pf>0.95 & Surge protection is 3kV. The luminaire housing should be made of CRCA sheet with clip type mounting brackets. The total power consumption should not exceed 40 W (including driver) Scope includes supply and installation of suitable wall mounting MS painted brackets as per technical specification/as directed at site.

Flame proof well glass light fitting: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of minimum 40 W, LED flame proof well glass light fitting for Zone – 1 & 2, Gas Group: IIA & IIB as per IS:2148/2204 (IEC 60079-1) complete with Aluminium LM6 body, FWL1315-40-CDL with mounting brackets. Cable loop in / loop out facility shall be available in the fitting with flame proof type blanking bolt.

110V, DC bulk head light fitting: Supply and installation of 5 W 110 V, DC, LED Bulk head type lights with Junction Box asper specification.

Flame proof, 110V, DC bulk head light fitting: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 W, 110 V, DC, LED Bulk head, flame proof lights for Zone – 1 & 2, Gas Group: IIA & IIB as per IS:2148/2204 (IEC 60079-1) complete with Aluminium LM6 body with loop in loop out threaded termination holes and blanking bolts.

Peripheral lights: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 220V, 34 Watts (minimum) outdoor duty IP66, efficacy of 120 lm/W, LED peripheral light fitting with J type Hot dip GI mounting pipe with hot dip GI out door junction box.

Outdoor duty flood lights: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 220V, 45 Watts (minimum) out door flood lights.

5A Socket Box For Light Fittings: Light fittings shall be fed from a socket box mounted adjacent to the fitting. Scope involves fabrication and installation of 70mm X 100mm X 40 mm. Socket Box. The box shall be fabricated out of minimum 1 mm. thick MS CRCA sheet, powder coated after vigorous 7 Tank process. The dimensions of box given here is tentative and likely to vary as per dimensions of components being mounted. The scope includes supply and fixing of 5 A, 250 V, 3 pin socket (screw fit type)with 3 pin plug top. Necessary cut-out for mounting the socket shall be provided on the front fascia of the box. Fixing and mounting hardware such as screws etc. shall be included in the supply. Scope shall also include supply and termination of 400mm. long, 3 Core X 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated FRLS flexible loop cable from plug top to light fitting.

6/16A Socket-Switch Box: Fabrication and installation of 120mm X 100mm X 75 mm. Socket Box. The box shall be fabricated out of minimum 16 SWG Thick MS CRCA sheet, powder coated after vigorous 7 Tank process. The dimensions of box given here is tentative and likely to vary as per dimensions of components being mounted. The scope includes providing modular 5 A / 15 A Universal, 250 V, 3 pin socket with 15 A SP Switch with suitable modular plate and accessories. Necessary cut-out for mounting the components/modular plate shall be provided on the front fascia of the box.

Switch Box: Fabrication and installation of 100mm. X 100mm. X 75 mm. Switch Box. The box shall be fabricated out of minimum 16 SWG MS CRCA sheet, powder coated after vigorous 7 Tank process. The dimensions of box given here is tentative and likely to vary as per dimensions of components being mounted. The scope includes providing modular 16 A, 250 V, SP Switch with modular plate and accessories. Necessary cut-out for mounting the components/modular plate shall be provided on the front fascia of the box.

Telephone point box: Fabrication and installation of 100mm. X 100mm. X 75mm. Telephone point Box. The box shall be fabricated out of minimum 16 SWG MS CRCA sheet, powder coated after vigorous 7 Tank process. The dimensions of box given here is tentative and likely to vary as per dimensions of components being mounted. The scope includes providing modular telephone jack. Necessary cut-out for mounting the components/modular plate shall be provided on the front fascia of the box.

Street Light Timer Unit: Fabrication, supply and installation of Street Light Timer unit consists of clock timer, 16 Ampere 3 pole contactor with 240 V coil, 3 pole 16 amps MCB, timer bypass switch, connectors, power and control wiring all enclosed in a suitably sized MS heavy duty, powder coated box with hinged door, gland plate, gasket all as directed at site.

Flame proof exhaust fans: Supply and installation of 3 phase, 415 V, 450 mm. sweep 4000 CFM, industrial, heavy duty, flame proof wall mounted exhaust fans for Zone – 1 & 2, Gas Group: IIA & IIB as per IS:2148/2204 (IEC 60079-1) complete with Aluminium LM6 body, metallic louvers, mounting plate, bracket and MPCB box as per specification at 16 above.

Wall mounted fan/air circulator: Supply and installation of Single Phase, 230 V, 600 mm, 16200 CMM, 180 W, industrial duty, fully metallic (including capacitor), wall mounted fan/air circulator. Scope includes supply and installation of 20 A, 3 pin socket in a metallic box near the fan with 3 pin top and 500 mm long, 3 core flexible FRLS cable piece for powering the fan.

MPCB Box: Fabrication, supply and installation of 415 Volts, 16 A, TP, motor protection circuit breaker (MPCB) box with neutral link with enclosure box. The box shall be of MS powder coated and adequately sized for fixing 3 Ph, 415V, 16 Amps MPCB and neutral link with provision and space for entry and termination of 3 Nos. of 4 Core X 2.5 sqm. armoured cables. The MPCB toggle switch shall project outside the box through cutout.

Insulating mat: Supply and laying of 11kV grade 1000 mm. wide insulating mat for 11kV Panels. The mat shall be of 'type tested' design for use in 11kV system and all type and routine test certificate shall be submitted.

Cable Tray: Fabrication, supply and installation of 100 mm. wide, 32 mm collar, 2mm thk. Hot dip galvanised (minimum 100 micron), perforated cable tray with hot dip galvanised coupler plates and hot dip galvanised hardware.

Earthing Station: Supply and Installation of 600 mm. x 600 mm. x 6 mm. Tinned copper plate type Earthing Stations as per IS 3043 complete with charcoal, salt, 600 X 600 mm. strong PCC chamber, hot dip GI hinged chequered cover, 200 X 50 mm granite engraved earth pit number plate etc. Minimum 2.6 Meter depth from floor level to the top of earthing electrode plate shall be maintained. Scope shall also include supply of 2 Nos of 32 X6 mm. tinned copper strips which shall run from the chamber to the plate. All joints shall be done with brazing and joints shall be tinned at site. The chamber shall project 300mm. from the ground level. Nut bolts wherever used shall be of brass.

Providing/laying of 40mm. gravel/crushed stone for transformer yard. Scope includes supply, unloading, shifting and spreading the gravel in the soak pit and adjacent area in the transformer yard.

Fabrication and installation of aluminium composite panel using 4mm. Sheet and 25 x 25 mm aluminium support sections.

Painting of wall with two coats of emulsion paint. Scope includes surface levelling and preparation.

Spray painting of metallic ceiling panel with two coats of enamel paint. Scope includes surface preparation, applying primer and paint all as directed at site. Compressor, tools, tackles required for the work shall be arranged by Contractor

MS Structural Work: Fabrication, supply and installation of MS structural items for installation of Distribution Boxes, Krone boxes, cable trays, overhead support brackets, out door AC cages etc. Scope includes cutting welding, painting, anchoring/embedding in ceiling/wall/out door walls as directed at site.
