Supply ,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of cold storage facility with refregeration units along with 60mm thick Poly Urethene Foam (PUF) panels inside the pre constructed stone masonary with RCC roof finished room of size 5000* 5000* 3000 mm ,to operate in temperature range +4 degre celcius to +8 degree celcius ,with design at ambient temperature of 45 degree celcius, with dimensions of cold room as per room size 5000* 5000* 3000 mm ,as per the following specifications:

PUF PANEL STRUCTURE

The panel should be fabricated from 0.50 mm thick sheet with internal finish of stain less steel SS304 and outer finish of Pre Painted GI sheet having PUF thickness of 60mm and density of PUF as 40+2 kg/cu mtr

The floor PUF panels should be designed to with stand heavy loads of Vaccines trolleys ,having 60mm PUF and 1.2mm thick Aluminium Chequred Sheet along with 12mm marine ply as required (over cement concrete floor).Adequate safety measure to incorporate for prevention of cooling loss from floor.

Supply & installation of 1 No. flush door with clear opening of 34"*78" ,view port of 300x300 mm,made of 60 mm PUF panel,internal of SS304 & outer with Pre Painted GI.There should be kick plates on both side of door along with one strip curtain. There should be high quality cam lock , hinges & handle on the door for automatic closure of the door with out any manual push.

The K value of panel be 0.14 and U Factor of 0.019 - 0.023. The panel be self extinguished fire resistance type as per ASTMD 1692.The compressive strength of sandwich type PUF panel satisfies 2.0 - 2.6 KG /Sq cm along with Dimensional stability less than 2%.The panel should be fabricated with eco friendly blow agent cyclopentane at 40+2 KG/Cub mtr

The cold room be provided with 2 number of Vapour proof LED tube lights of 4' length and 18 Watts rating with suitable switching and wiring.

REFRIGERATION UNITS

Two numbers of split type refrigeration units with hermatic Compressors are to be installed with each of 22000 BTU/Hr. heat load,out of which one act as main and other as standby unit ,to be operated on 430V, 50 HZ power supply.

The refrigeration units works automatically without any operator and should be capable of automatic change over for alternate working of both units, to maintain the temperature of +4 degree celcius to +8 degree celcius.

The refrigerant used should be CFC free gas R 134a.

There should be Evaporator unit matching with Condensor unit compete with coil section with expansion valves,distributors 300mm axial fans 3 nos,.The evaporating unit casing should be of SS 304 .The refrigerant copper piping is to be used along with suitable length drain pipes & suction line insulations.The work includes refrigerating pipings upto 20 feet.

Adequate safety measures like suitale rating MCB,overload relay,hand shut off valve,alarm, HP /LP cut out ,thermostat controlled units along with "Panic Button" for opening the cold room door from inside, in case some person is locked inside the cold room is to be provided.

One electrical control display with all control cables etc having digital temperature indicator cum controller,with USB data logger interface is to be fixed near cold room.

The product should be as per CE/US-FDA CERTIFIED/IEC 60601-1-2005 & IEC 60601-1+A1:2012+A2:2020/IEC61010:2010
