Excavation of any type of soils in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, drain, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth including any type old pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 1 & 2 :- 1. During the execution of work, In case of any damage to the GAS PIPE LINE or water supply pipe etc., the contractor will have to get it repaired/replaced at his own cost and nothing extra payble on this acount.

All as per srl item No 1 above but depth exc 1.50 m and not exc 3.00m

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm of soil all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus soil to a beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting 150/200mm bore of pipe to new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section, in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe using cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe using cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm dia (internal dia) salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade"A" laid in trenches jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm dia (internal dia) salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade"A" laid in trenches jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 11 above but except brick.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surface/brick surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed, rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surface/brick surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and fair including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed, rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment & applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of primer all as specified & directed.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints of different type blockage of WC, Gully trap, bathroom, WHB, kitchen traps, Cleaning and maintenance of all rain water pipes, PVC/soil/wastage pipe running on external walls of bldgs including junction holes of any descriptions of all the mud/slude and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eye and deposting the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed etc system functional on all working days from 0900 hours to 1700 hours with T&P (such as Bamboo, cleaning rod and suitable materials/ tools) GI wire, PHAWADA, Bucket, Spikes etc incl necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure which shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the contractor.

Note for Item No. 18 above :- (i) The complaint shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time as notifying in the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from contractor's dues on this account. (ii) Contractor or his supervisor will report daily at 0900 hrs at Vikram Batra Vihar Complaint Cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge, in case after checking & attending the defects, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engineer in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However complaints related to sewage shall be attended on very next day whether it is 'Sunday' or 'Gazetted Holidays' and nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account. (iii) Contractor or his supervisor shall also distribute all complaint / detailing to tradesmen, monitoring the work and taking the complaint slip from trademans everyday and re-submit the same at each complaint cell of day to day complaint. If Contractor or his supervisor fails to attend each complaint cell, recovery of Rs 1000/- per day for each complaint cell shall be recovered from the contractor's account.

(iv) Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, GI wire, PHAWADA, Bucket, Spikes,die set,sewage pump die set (1/2" to 1") washers of all size, safeda, thread (soot), M-seal, screws, nails etc including necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed. (v) In addition to above, Contractor shall arrange mechanical rodding with vibrating/ drilling concept i.e trolley mounted sewer cleaning machine as and when required as directed (Minimum once in 03 months) for cleaning entire sewage system and make free of any sludge/ blockage. (vi) The above all aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and Nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage line including connected manhole, upto depth of 6.0 metre by using high pressure super sucker machine vehicle mounted jetting cum suction unit to be capable of air lifting of dense waste/ sludge like mud slurry, small stones, debris, grit etc from sewer lines, through vacuum mode and capable of jetting sewer lines of dia 150mm to 450mm consisting of a water tank having volumetric capacity of 5000 ltrs, including skilled driver and operator for supervising of cleaning of sewage line and also required water for jetting and removal of sludge/ silt/ liquid/sewage water/mud , sand etc. from out side of MD premises, including removing and refixing of manhole covers, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Contractor shall arrange water for jetting, refilling of tank including labours required to be engaged in the work and rubbish off the sludge beyond MD land. 2. Cleaning of Sewage line and connected manholes shall be done after making all safety arrangements and only after making sure that their is non presence of foul gases such as methene etc in the manhole.

Taking out manhole cover slab, cleaning of manholes depth upto 4.5m by removing all silt, mud, sludge, any other materials, flushing with water to ensure clean, reset the manhole cover in same position after cleaning and testing, removal of spoils/sludge out side MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cleaning of manhole under this item shall be paid only those manholes which are not connected with sewage line cleaned against item No 21

Taking out sludge water semi solid or solid materials from septic tank (50 users to 100 users capacity) including connected manholes by mechanical means upto 4.5 mtr depth removing sludge outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drain having inner width upto 0.6m and depth upto 1.2 metre by removing mud, garbage, debries, sludge, vegitation etc having average depth 0.45 m through manually or machnically complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC culverts/RCC Pipes having opening area not exe 0.25 sqm / dia upto 450 mm by removing mud,garbage, silt, debris, vegitation etc through manually or machanically as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion or fixed in PCC and providing now one complete making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Post shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F MS work as in Y Shape angle as in post and structs & similar work including cutting top to shapes as directed, drilling holes notching of wires etc conforming to Fe410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Punched tape Concertina Coil (PTCC) 450 mm dia of coil laid over 'Y' shpale MS sec angle iron post incl necessary binding/welding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as manhole cover and similar work n.exc 15cm thick and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers slab and similar work set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

S&F SFRC manhole covers and frame medium duty of overall size 900mmX450mmX80mm thick factory made complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SFRC manhole covers 750mm x 750mm, 75mm thick with frame medium duty, M-25 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair (75mm thick) with using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L salt glazed stone ware gully trap, square or round mouthed, 150 x 150 mm size, shape as required, including taking out of old GT and jointing with old connection and pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-35 grade, laid dry including 50 mm thick sand cushing & vibrating the pavers and joints filled with dry sand including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Coloured Machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/bed block including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern' size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern), including flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density, connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete trap set in concrete and including CI 'P' Trap & 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC out-let complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm bore cast iron sand cast soil waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls/trenches or laid in vertical surfaces and including dismantling of cast iron drain pipes including fittings, jointed in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 46 but 100mm bore

S&F CI branch piece single (equal or unequal) 100 mm ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with paralled branches complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 102329.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
