Dadoing the walls with new Glazed tiles of size 150 x150 x6 mm laid in CM 1:2(For Colour Glased tiles with Printed Design ) ,10 mm thick and pointig with white cement using 0.40 Kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with ties surface

Terrace flooring with one coarce of new machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2 cm using Cm 1:3 with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same morter etc complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
