Transportation of 600 mm dia m.s. pipe line from kerwa dam site to bairagarh with the use of heavy crane and trailer truck etc all compelete
loading of 600 mm dia m.s. pipe line from kerwa dam site using rope cable etc and unloading the same at bairagarh work siteensuring all safety measures etc all complete.
Repairing of old m.s. 600 mm dia pipe line including welding and restrengthening of old joints by means of welding for all the pipes (length of pipe opprox 42m) whereever nequired as per site condition all complete. Job
cleaning of the old 600 mm dia m.s pipe line ineluding making the surface corrosion free and opplying a priming coat of good qrality on the surface of pipe line of length opprox 42m.
Excaration of trench of suffiacient length so as to remove the domaged existing 400mm dia ms. pipe line from the casing under the railway track and pulling out and putting the new 600 mm dia pipe line into it con be easing done (approx 35mx2mx3)
Repairing the old domaged ms pipe line of 400mmm dia of approx 42m length by cutting it into appro priate length by means of ges cuter and pulling and lifting it by means of crane from the casing under the railway track.
laying and pushing the 600 mm dia m.s. pipe line inside the casing across the railway track embankment by means of crane of pipe line length 42m approx and providing the joints by means of welding etc across the cross section in 600 mm m.s pipe line approx 8nos. joint all complete as per site condition
providing and fixing of m.s reducer of 600 mm x 400mm for joining the neqw section with the old one all complete as per site condition
Filling the excavafed earth in the treneh includding ramming and levelling of earth in different layers as per site condition
cutting the window pocket in 600 mm dia m.s pipe line and welding the joints from inside the pipe line across the railway track.
cleaning the casing across the railway track of approx 36m length by means of water jet and dewatering of mud water incuding preparing the casing for pilling the old ms pipe line and pushing the new pipe inside casing
