Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m wide but exc 1.5m and n exc 3.0m deep for foundation of poles strut/stays etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned/consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type-1, flate, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified and directed. (Make: Mahtab tiles / Alankar Tiles/Pearlers Industries/SIND Mozaic Gujrat/JJ Concrete Lucknow).

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" 80mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" 100mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L painting of 11mtr steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for HT over head line with two coat of Aluminum paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole No. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and making 03 Nos. black and 02 Nos. yellow bands /strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No. 10 above but HT 02 pole structure complete.

Ditto all as per Item No. 10 above but HT 04 pole structure complete.

Ditto all as per Item No. 10 above but HT steel angle iron structure of 33 KV grid including all channel and section complete.

Supply and fixing in repair of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type with clamp suitable for the conductor of required size and working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed. Ditto all as per Item No. 14 above but for working pressure 33000 volts grade.

Supply and fixing in repair Pin type insulator, porcelain, Vitreous (single disc assembly), white, brown or green including 01 No. galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and nuts,150 mm height, 150 mm dia, suitable for working pressure of 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair Post type insulator for working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Rashtriya /Jaipuria / Pactil /Alstom).

Servicing of air break gang operated switch and DO fuse unit upto 400 amps capacity , 11 KV vertical or horizontal type mounted including insulator and operating mechanism and repair/ replacement of broken/worn out component, insulator etc for smooth functioning including oiling and greasing and testing complete. Note :- Spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item.

M&L for servicing overhauling & Maintenance of HT VCB installed at Substation complete including the following:-

(a) Switching off HT Breaker isolating from incoming supply

(b) Testing & callibration of all moving & fixing contacts.

(c) Testing & checking of following:-

(i) Low voltage coil,

Disconnecting the power supply of existing 250 KVA out door type step down transformer, removing all electrical connections and shifting the same on MES store yard and using the transformer as spare complete all as directed.
