Brick Work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size (8 ¾ x 4 ¼ x 2 ¼) including cost & conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied by departmental section store at Sivagnagai and the cost there of will be recovered from the contractors bill as per special conditions including labour charges incidental charges and curing etc., complete for super structure.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to work site and including cost of cement which will be supplied and departmental section store attend the cost will be record from contractors bill at the rate of specified in the special conditions appended and including all other incidental charges etc., completed but executing cost and conveyance of steel fabrication charges and centering complete for lintel, plinth beam, sunshade & Roof slab.

Supply and fabrication of steel as per IS432/1960 (Tested Quality) including fabrication charges for all RCC items schedule in the tender including cost of steel which will be supplied by the department section store and the cost will be typing wires, space bars cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., completed.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,(COLUMN POST)

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 mix 10 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Weathering course with broken brick jeely for 20 mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12.5 cft to proper gradient,well beation with wooden beaters etc

Terrace flooring with one coarce of old &new machine pressed tiles of size 20x20x2 mmusing Cm 1:3 with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same

Ceramic tiles flooring laying with new ceramic tiles of size600x600x6 mm laid in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Wiring with 2x2.5 sq.mm PVC sheathed SC alu.cable of 650 V Grade partly on TW fillets and partly in PVC rigid pipe concealed for vertical drops with TW and PVC accessories with T.W switch box to house control switch and regulator with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover with painting on T.W fillets portion, and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for fan point.
