Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders : Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 for Rural Roads of MORD (Borrowpit / pre work post work measurement) . Extra for carriage of all kinds of earth by Mechanical Transport:

Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).[p-244,it-4.09 (II) P.W.D. ROADS 2015 Vol III]. For Construction of Sub Base by compacting stone chips and sand (in proportion of 40:60). Add cost at site of 0.51 m3 of 5.6 stone chips and 0.77 m3 of medium sand (loose volume) to arrive at the consolidated rate.

Cement concrete pavement ( Laying manually ). Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and clause 602 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).M-20.Schedule P.W.D Vol III Page -265/ Item - 6.02A, 2018.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)..
