Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr. including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter. Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Course Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size (Crusher Broken)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50Mtr. and lift upto 1.5Mtr.

Random Rubble stone masonary for foundation and plinth in Cement Sand Mortar above 30 Cm. thick wall in : Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand).

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. Providing and fixing pressed steel mitred door frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm (16 gauge) thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, head and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing of Steel windows made out (80x40mm), hollow metal pressed section of 1.25 mm thick sheet F4 & F7 standard rolled section conforming to IS 1038 with wholly openable shutter of 0.80 mm thick (out side & inside) opening C.R. sheet embossed panels, joints matted and flush welded with suitable hinges, steel lugs & screws with approved oxidized steel handles, fittings, peg stays (casement stays) etc. complete in all respect including providing 10 mm square M.S. bars 10 Cm. C/C and applying priming coat of red oxide paint.

Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of Stainless steel of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the aliminum window by aluminum beadind 20 x3mm with suitable screws at not exceeding 150mm distance at all heights with all lead and lift with scafolding.

Renewing glass panes, with puty and nails wherever necessary: 4 mm thick plain glass panes.

Grading roof water proofing treatment with : Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-coarse sand :4-graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & laying broken glazed titles on roof ( broken glazed tiles not less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. (1.40 Kg of VG-40 (30/40 )grade and 0.30 Kg/Sqm. Providing & laying vitrified Porcelain dianomite floor tile, skirting, dedo, (Johnso, Euro, Naveen, Bell,Marbito or equivalent etc.) size 600x600, 10 mm thick flooring over 20 mm thick bed mortar 1:4 mix with 2-3 mm thick joint to be filled with cementious grout or polymer based non shrink grout make Rofee/ Bell adhesive/ pidite etc of matching colour as per requirement of site.911

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Providing and fixing 75 mm wide Decorative Border in different shades and in all coloures in glazed tiles laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 20mm thick.

Pointing on stone masonry in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) : raised and cut pointing

Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1 : 2 : 4 mix 50mm thick complete as per specification :

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work including preparation of base with primer, putty, lippy complete in all respect.
