M & L for Site Clearance, cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, Scrubs, brush wood, under growth roots…etc in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Supply only moorum/red bajri brought from ouside MD land all as specified and directed

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc, 25 cm thick, spread, levelled and rolled including watering as required, as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation of surfaces in cutting with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity sheep footed power roller including filling up depression which occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber 200 mm thick in layers complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, (each layer of 7.5cm thick laid & compacted separately) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to a required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by using mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix dense bituminous macadam with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Laying of DBM shall be done with Mechanical paver)

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of VG-10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen over BM surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic (SDAC) concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Laying of sdac shall be done with Mechanical paver)

M & L painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking of 2mm thick on new surface or previously treated road surface wiith hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic rod marking paint (White/ golden yellow) confirming to MORTH (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree centigrade including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisure free surfaces before applying paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L moorum/red bajri for berm laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 completeall as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in, coping , plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, bed plates, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0(using 12.5mm graded aggregate ) in surface channels necessary form work and finishing of exposed surfaces of concreteall as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work.or concrete surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and directed

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc.all as specified and directed

Roughening of old brick surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.all as specified and directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in kerbs set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces,including chamfers,weatherings,throating etc., complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for hard core (broken stone or boulders) of guage n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 75mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC in (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in Sub base etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L sand filling under inter locking tiles including watering and consolidation all as specified & directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade all as specified & directed.
