Servicing of the DG Sets of capacity 160 KVA Make: Cummins 02 Nos (01 No at Domestic power house and 01 No at New power house) complete after draining out of old engine oil and filling of new engine oil ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge . Notes:- (i) Engine oil will be issued under respective item of schedule free of cost. (ii) Unservicable Spares parts shall be replaced under Item No. 1.01 to 1.06 and will be measured and paid seperately for Supply and fixijng as in replacment. (ii) Cost of these items are deemed to be inclucsive in the quoted rate of item No.1.01 to 1.06.

Lub Oil filter ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes:- (i) Engine oil will be issued under respective item of schedule free of cost. (ii) Unservicable Spares parts shall be replaced under Item No. 3.01 to 3.05 and will be measured and paid seperately for Supply and fixijng as in replacment . (iii) Cost of these items are deemed to be inclucsive in the quoted rate of item No.3.01 to 3.05.

Material and labour for servicing of the DG Sets of capacity 320 KVA Make: Kirloskar/KOEL 04 Nos (01 No at Domestic power house, 01 No at New power house and 02 Nos at Cpl & below power house) complete after draining out of old engine oil and filling of new engine oil ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge . Notes:- (i) Engine oil will be issued under respective item of schedule free of cost. (ii) Unservicable Spares parts shall be replaced under Item No. 5.01 to 5.06 and will be measured and paid seperately for Supply and fixijng as in replacment . (iii) Cost of these items are deemed to be inclucsive in the quoted rate of item No.5.01 to 5.06.

Turbo Charger assy as per site suitable for 320 KVA DG Set of make Kirloskar fixed as in replacement of old unservicable/ leaked turbo charger assy in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out Fuel Injector Pump assembly from DG set of capacity 160/200 KVA (Cummins/Greaves) and carried out caliberation from authorised work shop including replacement of minor parts such as washer, gasket nuts and bolts as required at site and refixing the same including testing to entire satisfection , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out Fuel Injector Pump assembly from DG set of capacity 320 KVA (Kirloskar) and carried out caliberation from authorised work shop including replacement of minor parts such as washer,, gasket nuts and bolts as required at site and refixing the same including testing to entire satisfection , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts carrel plungers, injectors etc suitable for 160/200 KVA DG Set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts carrel plungers, injectors etc suitable for 320 KVA DG Set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance free battery 12 volt 180 AH fixed as in replacement of old unservicable batteryin and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Exide or equivalent make as specified in Appendix of Makes.

Maintenance free battery 12 volt 100 AH fixed as in replacement of old unservicable battery in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Exide or equivalent make as specified in Appendix of Makes.

Taking out of radiator from DG set 160 KVA to 200 KVA, Cleaning of radiator by removing of dust/oil particles and cleaning of copper tubes by using suitable cleaning agent for any obstacles inside the tube, brazing/welding of fins, tubes if required and chamber for making free of any kind of leakage and refixing it , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out of radiator from DG set 250 KVA to 320 KVA, Cleaning of radiator by removing of dust/oil particles and cleaning of copper tubes by using suitable cleaning agent for any obstacles inside the tube, brazing/welding of fins, tubes if required and chamber for making free of any kind of leakage and refixing it, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Charging alternator 12/24 Volt assembly suitable for 160 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set fixed as in replacement of old unservicable charger alternator in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of charging alternator assy 12/24 Volt of DG Set 160 KVA to 320 KVA including rewinding, replacement of carbon bush set, bushes, bearings, varnishing and descaling as required to make it serviceable etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to self starter of cap 12/24Volts of DG Set 160 to 200 KVA with complete rewinding, replacement of pinion and teeth including all minor parts like washers as required to make it serviceable complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Repair to self starter of cap 24Volts of DG Set 250 to 320 KVA with complete rewinding, replacement of pinion and teeth including all minor parts like washers as required to make it serviceable , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Replacement of UNSV parts of Digital PCB card for DG of Cap 160 KVA to 320 KVA including caliberation as per site requirement of same model or Equivalent for Smooth Operation of DG , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Diesel tank of DG set of cap 160 KVA to 320 KVA by removing all diesel from sump and cleaning the sump with suitable cleaning agent and make it free from dust and other impurites as per satisfaction , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling of alternator assembly of any capapcity DG set from 160 KVA to 320 KVA from the engine, transportation to authorised workshop and back loading to the MES Power House after carrying out the repair work and refixing the same with engine & testing the alternator on load to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.(any repair work including spares required will be measured and paid separately). Any damage if accured during transportation will be the responsiblity of contractor and making the same good at his own cost , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

AVR complete of DG set of capacity 160 KVA to 320 KVA DG set fixed as in replacement of old unservicable AVR in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of rotor assembly after taking out from alternator and cleanig properly to slot for rewinding of DG set capacity 160 KVA to 320 KVA, complete with standard enamelled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation papers, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H class insulation complete all as per required , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. (ii) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account.

Rewinding of stator windings after seggregate rotor and stator seperately cleaning the slot properly and prepare for rewinding the stator assembly complete with standard enameled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation paper, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H Class insulation complete all as required for 160 KVA to 320 KVA DG set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. (ii) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account.

Water body of DG Set of Cap 160 KVA to 320 KVA as per site requirementof Make as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge fixed as in replacement of old unservicable / Leaked water body in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of lubrication oil SAE-40 ( 15 W- 40 grade) of or as approved by GE. (Should be packd of 15/20 Ltrs bucket) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Greaves/Valvoline or equivalent make as specified in Appendix of Makes.

Asbestos rope to exhaust pipe of DG set of any Cap as per existing size and colour fixed as in replacement of old unservicablerope in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m fixed as in replacement of old unservicable mat in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Battery leads set for battery of any capacity installed at various power Houses appx 0.8 Mtr long, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor of required size varying between 35 to 70 sqmm single core, duly fixed brass clamps, copper lugs for connections from DG battery to self starter on DG Sets of any capacity fixed as in replacement of old unservicable Battery leads in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sheet metal enclosure only suitable for onload changeover switch of cap 400 amps in fixed as in replacement of UNSV/burnout onload/offload Changeover switch in and including taking out the unserviceable sheet metal enclosure, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes : (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.

Labour for dismantling/opening of UNSV diesel engine 320 KVA complete, Make Kirloseker/Koel water cooled, turbo charged 1500 RPM installed at Domestic Power House and checking for repair required to make it serviceable and providing the quotation of repair required to department etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- T & P and transportation if any required for dismantling/Opening including hydra etc. as required for above job shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on account .

Labour for Dismantling/opening of UNSV diesel engine 125/160/200 KVA complete, Make Greaves/Cummins, water cooled, turbo charged 1500 RPM installed at Power House and checking for repair required to make it serviceable and providing the quotation of repair required to department etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- T & P and transportation if any required for dismantling/Opening including hydra etc. as required for above job shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on account .
