Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers no exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spread riddled earth soil is as permitted by IS1255 for cushioning top and bottom of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old u/s LT UG cable of any type any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note - Excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material & Labour for testing of fire hydrant system of building at each floor by cheking serviceability of water pressure, hydrant valve, pumps, wheel, spindle assembly, Coupling , Assembly with Lug, canvas hose, MS pipe, brass nozzle, pressure gauge etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.Note : The contractar shall maintain a register of seriviceability state of each fire hydrant system of each building and obtain a users signature (building inventory incharge), JE concerned and Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Item no 1 to 64 i.e motor or pumps or any connected items of fire fighting / fire alaram items become breakdown, the contractor shall locate the problem/fault at site within 24 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-In-Charge and ensure that the fault rectified within 48 Hours on locating the fault, failing which an amount Rs 300.00 per hour will be recovered as penality from contractor dues after expiry of 48 hours 2. The firm is responsible all spares/items as applicable shall be purchased from original manufacturers/auth distributor/dealer only and GST vouchers shall submit to Deptt while claiming payments 3. The firm is responsible to carry out check of all the fire fighting/fire alaram system at least once in month to ensure serviceabilty and effectiveness of the complete system round the clock 24 X 7 for which a maintenance record/certificate duly signed by contractor and concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge seperately to be maintained. Note : The Engineer-in-charge is responsible to submit functional cert of fire alarm and fire hydrant system in respect of pocket I & II duly signed by users to Garrison Engineer for issuing of completion of the subject maint works.
