Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid blocks using PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10cm in width, set in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Prepration of surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on wall surfaces all as specified.

Supply only PVC coated (1mm thick) chain link fencing exc 2.00 but n.exc 3.50 kg per sqm with size of mesh 50 x 50 mm and thickness of wire n.exc 2.83 mm all as specified.

Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified. (Supply of flat iron, bolt & nuts measured & paid separately)

Supply only mild steel angles, bars, flats etc as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 All as specified and directed.
