Providing and injection chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under all round walls, floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, beams, columns etc, complete with using chlorophyriphos 20E C or approved equivalent termiticide emulsion with proportion 1 part chemical and 19 part water or as per the manufacturer's specification and also the injecting chemical formulations should be as per I.S 6313 part III 1971 specification and as approved by the insecticide Regulation Act, including drilling holes 12 mm dia 300 mm centre to centre or as close as possible and sealing the same hole after injection of the chemical emulsion with cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) without causing any damage to the household & office materials like wooden furniture electric fittings and any other materials including spraying to the entire affected area with the same chemical formulation etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. NOTE : 1. The inspection and anti-termite treatment shall be carried out in the affected premises for as many times as necessary for complete extermination of white ants. 2. Care should be taken by contractor to ensure that pets & human beings are not affected on account of the above statement. 3. After satisfactory completion of anti-termite treatment the payment shall be made to contractor for the actual quantum of work done. 4. Appointment from the Concern Office to be taken before starting the treatment and the number of flats should be intimated for which appointment for the particular date is taken. 5. Above treatment shall be guaranteed for seven year from the date of completion of work. 6. Wherever treatment is required to be given to wood work doors etc. the chemical to be prepared in Kerosene instead of water and all as per IS specifications.

a) Antitermite treatment along the plinght/foundation of existing building

b) Antitermite treatment for office/store area including spraying/injecting on affected areas

c) Antitermite treatment for wooden cupboard,door frame,furniture etc

Rodent control by eradication of Rats and mice by any or all of the following methods 1) Trapping 2) Fumigations of borrow pits with approved chemicals 3) Baiting with poison Note: 1) Care shall be taken to see that pets and human being are not affected on account of above treatment 2) Inspection and treatment has to be carried out as many times as necessary for complete eradication of rodents. It shall not however be less than once a month. 3) The period of treatment shall be every month.

a) V S Bhavan premises canteen, Pump house,substation,Garage/driver room (03 buildings x 12 months)

Supplying and placing gum rat trap of best quality master piece 48 R or equivalent placing at any floors or levels within the office premises for catching the mouse/rats etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing pest control treatment which consists of applying colourless bayer gel as per manufacturer's specification to all hide outs of cockroaches and other insects in cupboards spraying odourless herbal pesticide to entire flats and below and common areas. The entire treatment shall be similar to intilized pest control treatment carried out by Godrej Hi Care (or) equivalent agency. Note: 1. The entire pest control treatment shall be odourless 2. Care should be taken to see that pets & human beings are not affected on account of above said treatment 3. Period of contract - 12 months 4. The treatment shall be carried out once in a month. 5. No payment will be made if pest control treatment is ineffective & complaintts are received within the month of treatment. The decision of Engineer-In-Charge on this regard is final & binding on the contractor. 6. Gel manufactured by bayer cropsuence AG, VSA (Brand name Maxforce FL) professional insect control cockroach killer gel having active ingredient Fippronil - 0.01 % and other ingredient - 99.99% shall be used 7. In the kitchen Hall consisting cooking area, store rooms working place, office, washing area, lift, staircases & at zero floor level servicing counter, dinning tables, dado tiles, etc wherever necessary & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Apprx. Carpet area 350 x 2 = 700 sq.mtr & frequency of treatment is once in a month or wherever is required

a) 'O' floor - dining tables, service counters, dado tiles.

b) Officers, services lifts, stores

c) Washing area, staircase working place etc

Removal of Honey Bee Hives of all sizes by providing and spraying pesticides like hypermatherine diluted with Kerosene in 1 : 20 proportion @ 0.25 Litres chemical required per bee-hive, conforming to relevant I.S Specifications, from various location using all safety appliances and observing safety precautions, complete all inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & Spraying of Insecticide Pyriban of Amco Pesticides ltd or Delthamethrin of Bayer Pesticides India ltd or other equivalent product as approved by insecticide regulation etc for treatment around the periphery of the buildings, passages, corridors, staircases, balcony, etc against caterpillar/millipedes insects at various locations including cost of labour, chemicals, tools and plants, etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & injecting herbicide Glyphosate of approved make over unwanted wild vegetation like (Peepal Tree) etc, wild growth of plants in the buildings at all levels including the cost of scaffoldings/ladders, disposal of wild vegetation and finishing the damaged portion with cement mortar 1:4 matching with adjoining surfaces, curing etc complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

a) for removing wild vegetation in upto first floor of the building

b) for removing wild vegetation for 2nd / 3rd floor & above & shaft / terrace of the bldg
