M&L for remove the Existing Treatment totally and clean the surface throughly then check any structural defects or Cracks. Cracks above 3mm ,will be Treated with “V” Groove. Clean the cracks & apply SBR LATEX With Cement, level the cracks to the surface and prime the surface with ShaliUrethane BTD @ 400 grms m2 / kg i.e the Ratio of 1:1 ( BTD : Water) and allow it to touch dry. Apply 1 st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD @1.2 kg per m2 by brush / roller while the primed surface is tacky. . Apply 2 nd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD @1.2@kg per m2 by brush / roller. Allow 1st coat to dry for 10 – 12 hr. Extend waterproofing treatment up to 200 mm and terminate into groove on the parapet wall. Fill the groove with PMC mortar complete all as specified and as per manufactures instructions..

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding (level course) on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof and chajjas complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in approachable roof with the following courses of treatment : (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS3384) @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surface complete all as specified . (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (3.50 Kg/Sqm) with 10 cm overlaps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
