I/We engage to supply the Western Railway with the articles specified above upon the terms of the Indian Railway Standard Condition of Contract latest revision and upon the terms of the Revised Special Conditions and Instructions for the guidance of the Contractors issued by the Western Railway S/137/F Revised May 2011 - Amendment No.3 of June 20

Approval status shall be reckoned as on the date of tender closing and not thereafter, unless it is a case of removal/suspension /banning in terms of para 0804 of Western Railway Bid document (Indigenous purchase version 14 of June 2024. But in case of removal/suspension /banning etc. after opening of tender such changes shall be taken into account while considering offers. Minimum 80% of the net procurable qty. shall be ordered on the vendors appearing as Approved vendor in UVAM. Vendors appearing as Developmental vendor (without any condition) in UVAM will be considered up to a maximum of 20% of NPQ. However, this is subject to a condition that rates of developmental vendors are lower than the rates of vendors eligible for regular orders.

In case of rejection of supplied material, 2% of value of rejected goods would be charged as "Incidental Charges " as per WRSI.

Security Money SD exempted as PO value less than Rs. 25 lakhs ( AS PER RAILWAY BOARD LETTER NO. 2004/RS(G)/779/11 Pt DT. 23/12/19 ) and if applicable, to be deposited in favour of "Sr.DFM/RTM/ WR.

Warranty Clause Warranty/Guarantee: As per IRS terms and conditions of contract or Specification whichever is higher.

LD LIQUIDATED DAMAGE (LD) ON DELAYED SUPPLY: For delayed supplies, Recovery of Liquidated Damage (LD) shall be levied @1/2% (half percent) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contracts is 10% (ten percent) of the value of contract irrespective of delays, unless otherwise provided, specifically in the contract.

If the firm fails to supply the material within delivery period, the Purchase Order (PO) may be cancelled and 10% of the value of PO may be levied as General Damages.

Instructions to suppliers: a) Payment will be made against e- Bills. Digitally signed e-Bills should be submitted through IREPS for claiming payment against supplies. b) It is advised to generate "e- Dispatch Note" through IREPS while dispatching the materials to consignee.

Packing Instructions Single use plastic (thickness less than 120 micron or as notified by GOI time to time) shall not be used in packing of material by the firm against the PO, if placed against this tender.
